How to log in to My Account
Log in to the DAZN viewing screen and click on the yellow icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
*You must always operate from a web browser.

You can check your current plan, next billing date, and payment method.
Selecting "Manage subscription" will take you to the contract details management screen.

You can check your next billing date's payment amount and past payment history.
Your application history for discount offers and various gift codes (including annual viewing passes) will also be reflected.
Change password
You can change your password.
If you do not know your current password and would like to reset (reissue) it, please check this page.
Redeem gift code
You can use various gift codes, such as DAZN tickets, prepaid cards, and annual viewing passes.
Please check this page for instructions on how to apply a gift code.

Pay-Per-View
You can check the PPV (pay-per-view) content available for purchase.
If you have already purchased PPV content, "Purchased" will be displayed next to the content name.
Location
Your current location will be displayed.
Generally, to use DAZN Japan, you will need to access it from within Japan.
Subscription
You can check your current subscription plan, change your next billing date, payment method, cancel or pause your subscription, and change your plan.

Profile and settings
You can change your login information, such as your email address and password. You can also optionally enter your age, gender, and phone number.

Settings
You can manage the display/audio language of the DAZN homepage, manage the tournaments and teams you follow, and set preferences for email newsletters and app push notifications.
Manage devices
- You can log out by selecting the "Log out" button for the device you want to organize in the device list.
- Selecting "Log out of all devices" will log you out of all registered devices.
How to keep your account secure
- To avoid unauthorised access, please access ‘Devices’ under ‘My Account’ and log out from all connected devices. Please then change your password and reconnect from a trusted device.
- It is recommended that account passwords are changed regularly.
- To report unauthorised third-party access, please contact DAZN customer service.
