How to log in to My Account
Log in to the DAZN viewing screen and click on the yellow icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
*You must always operate from a web browser.

Edit your profile
You can change your email address and password login details. Optionally, you can also enter your age, gender and phone number.
How to change your customer information (email address and password)
It is currently not possible to change your name from the My Account page.
If you wish to issue a qualifying invoice and need to change your name, please contact our customer service directly.

Following / Manage alerts / Show scores
You can manage the competitions and teams you follow, set whether live scores are displayed on your home screen, etc.
You can also manage email and push notifications.
DAZN subscription
You can check your current subscription plan, change your next billing date and payment method, set up withdrawal and pause functions, and change your plan.
Confirmation of next billing date.
Press ‘View plan details’ and under ‘Next payment’ you can see the date of your next billing.

Device management
・You can log out by accessing ‘Devices’ and selecting the ‘trash’ symbol on the device you wish to log out of.
・If you select ‘Log out from all devices’, you will be logged out from all registered devices.

How to keep your account secure
- To avoid unauthorised access, please access ‘Devices’ under ‘My Account’ and log out from all connected devices. Please then change your password and reconnect from a trusted device.
- It is recommended that account passwords are changed regularly.
- To report unauthorised third-party access, please contact DAZN customer service.

How to change language / voice settings
Please access ‘Audio’ or ‘Language’, select the check box for your preferred language from ‘Japanese/English’ and select ‘Save settings’.
*Please note that for audio, there may not be a service in the selected language in some competitions/matches.
