What Pay Per View is
Working with both existing partners and future partners to come, DAZN will offer select mega fights as Pay Per View add-on events. These occasional Pay Per View fights will be available to both existing and new DAZN Paid subscribers in selected countries, live and on demand.
If you are unable to watch the match live, you can watch it on-demand video after the live broadcast.
It will normally be available within four hours after the match ends and can be watched as many times as you like for seven days afterwards.
How Pay Per View on DAZN works
DAZN Pay Per View events must be bought on top of a monthly or annual DAZN subscription for an additional one-off price. So for example, if you have a monthly subscription already, you’ll need to buy the Pay Per View event for an extra price. If you don’t currently have a subscription, you’ll first need to sign up to DAZN in order to buy the Pay Per View event. Keep scrolling to see how you buy Pay Per View.
How to buy Pay Per View
Currently, you can buy Pay Per View events with any major credit card. You can buy the event on any of the devices listed below. Once you’ve bought the event, you can watch it on any of your smart devices.
■Existing customers: how to buy Pay Per View events
Here's how existing DAZN customers can buy a Pay Per View event on different devices.
＜Laptop or mobile on any web browser＞
• On your laptop or computer, sign in to DAZN on a web browser
• Go to My Account where you can buy the event.
You can also access the site from here. (If you are not logged in, login details are required).
Follow the on-screen guidance to complete the payment procedure.
*Only credit cards and PayPal are available as payment options for PPV.
＜Smart TV＞
• You'll need to use your mobile or laptop to buy the event. You won’t be able to buy the event direct on your TV
• Go to dazn.com on your web browser
• Go to My Account where you can buy the event
<iOS app, Android OS app>.
- You cannot purchase Pay-Per-View (additional paid content) from the app.

- Pay-per-view (additional paid content) can be purchased from the app.
Please note that the payment method selected at that time will be the in-app purchase using the payment method registered on the device.

Scan the QR code using your mobile device – this will take you to a payment page. Make sure you’re signed in on your mobile device first.

You must first register for a regular DAZN monthly or annual plan (one-time/monthly payment).
You can also optionally purchase Pay-Per-View (additional paid content) at the same time.

■How to watch Pay Per View events
If you are a DAZN subscriber and you’ve bought the Pay Per View event, you can find it on the homepage. There will be a row of videos on the homepage near the top. You can find the live event, plus the build-up, within that row.
You can also find the event via Search.
■Watching on different devices
You can watch Pay Per View events on all the same devices you watch DAZN on. These are: smart TVs, mobiles (iOS and Android), connected devices (e.g. Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Chromecast) and on our website.

■Buying in advance
You can buy a Pay Per View event up to 30 days before the fight goes live. It won’t be available to buy before that.
■Paying by Debit card / mobile carrier bill / Gift Code
You can’t pay for Pay Per View events using your mobile carrier bill or gift code.
■Paused subscriptions
Only subscribers with an active paid subscription will be able to buy Pay Per View events. If you’ve paused your subscription when you try to buy the event, you’ll be asked to resume it before you buy.
If you want to pause your subscription after you’ve already bought a PPV event, you won’t be able to watch the event. You’ll see a reminder telling you this.
■Failed subscription payments
If there’s a failure with the card you use to pay for your subscription, you won’t be able to watch the Pay Per View event. You’ll have to update your card details so you can make the subscription payment, and then buy the event.

■Cancellations
Please note that you will not be able to watch the event you have purchased if you have completed the withdrawal process for a regular DAZN plan and your viewing period ends and you cancel your membership before the pay-per-view (additional paid content) is available.

(1) For those who are subject to the 30-day withdrawal notification period
<Eligible conditions. >
Regular DAZN plan: Monthly plan
Payment method for DAZN: Credit/debit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay
For example, if you complete the withdrawal procedure on 2 November, that day will be day 1 and the 30-day withdrawal notification period (viewable period) will end on day 31 (in this case, 2 December) for viewing DAZN itself.
If a pay-per-view (additional paid content) is delivered on or after 2 December, the delivery will not be available.
*If you try to cancel your DAZN membership after purchasing pay-per-view (additional paid content), an alert will appear informing you that you will not be able to watch the pay-per-view (additional paid content) transmission.
(2) For users other than the above
For accounts that do not meet the above conditions, the withdrawal process will be the same as before, so please check the following.
For example, if your next billing date is 20 November and you complete the withdrawal procedure by the day before that date, your DAZN viewing period will end on 19 November.
If the delivery of pay-per-view (additional paid content) is on or after 20 November, you will not be able to watch that delivery.
*If you try to cancel your DAZN membership after purchasing pay-per-view (additional paid content), an alert will appear informing you that you will not be able to watch the pay-per-view (additional paid content) transmission.
<Refunds>
Please note that once pay-per-view (additional paid content) has been purchased, no cancellations or refunds can be made, even before the content has been viewed.
