How to update your payment method
The answers for this question will vary depending upon how you signed up for DAZN.
If you signed up for DAZN for docomo using your d account ID and password, please contact docomo directly.
How to change your payment method being directly subscribed to DAZN
Please follow the steps below to change your payment method:
1. Sign in to DAZN and access the ‘My Account’ page.
2. Select your DAZN subscription and press ‘See plan details’.
3. Select ‘Change’ next to ‘Payment method’.
4. Select your preferred payment method, enter your details and make the changes.

If you have registered for other payment methods not listed above
If you have registered with one of the following payment methods (*1), you cannot change your payment method from DAZN's My Account.
Therefore, if you wish to change your payment method, please contact the contact point of the respective company.

*If you have registered for the Sponavi Live Special Discount Plan, you cannot change your payment method.

If you wish to change the type of payment method registered directly with DAZN
e.g. iTunes Store payment/Apple Store payment => mobile carrier payment/willing to change to smartphone payment, etc.
Please cancel your membership once and re-register with your preferred payment method after the expiry of the viewing period.
