If you fall under the above category and would like to purchase an annual viewing pass, please follow the steps below.
・Please complete the cancellation procedure.
- Confirm that your service has been suspended after the expiration of your current viewing period (only free content can be viewed, and other paid content appears to be locked)
・After checking the above, be sure to resume service using your annual viewing pass via a web browser .
For details on the procedure to reactivate your account, please follow the steps for customers who have previously canceled their membership .
*If you have used the pause function, please check <For those whose accounts have been paused using the pause function> below.
■ Those who wish to use the annual viewing pass for DAZN after canceling their DAZN for docomo subscription
your DAZN for docomo subscription, please create a new account on DAZN and apply your annual viewing pass to that account.

You cannot use the same email address for your DAZN account as you did for DAZN for docomo .
Therefore, please use a different email address to register for DAZN than the one you used for DAZN for docomo .
*If you do not have any other email addresses to use, please create a new email address using a free account (Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) and use that to create a new account on DAZN.
■ Those who have used the pause function and whose account is currently paused
You must unpause the app before applying the code.
Please refer to the two methods below .
1. Apply the code after resuming the game
Once service resumes, monthly fees will be charged.
We cannot refund fees when you restart your service, but if you enter a code before your next billing date, the code will be applied from the next billing date for the period stated in the code.
Example: If you apply the code (for one month) after resuming service on July 24th
July 24th: Monthly fee (tax included) will be charged
↓
The code will be applied between July 25th and August 23rd (until the day before the next billing date on August 24th)
↓
You can watch it from August 24th to September 23rd with the code.
↓
September 24th: The monthly fee (tax included) will be charged again to your registered payment method.

Log in to My Account → Select “Start Watching”
<After resumption>
Once you have confirmed that your account has been reactivated, please follow the steps for existing DAZN members to apply the code.
2. Do not resume your membership while it is paused, but cancel your membership and then apply the code to resume your membership.
Since you will have to cancel your membership once, you will be able to watch the content by applying the code without incurring any monthly fees.

After confirming that your account has been cancelled, <Customers who have previously cancelled their account> Follow the steps to apply the code.
■ If you wish to register multiple codes
If you register multiple codes, after applying the first code, please make sure that it is reflected in your account (your next payment date will be extended by the viewing period of the code), and then apply the next code from the My Account page.
*If you apply codes consecutively before they are reflected in your account, the codes may not be reflected correctly, so please refrain from applying codes consecutively before checking that they are reflected in your account.
■ If the applicable account has already completed the cancellation procedure and there is still a remaining viewing period
Gift code applicable account If you have already completed the cancellation procedure (currently you are still able to watch), you will need to cancel your cancellation as the code cannot be applied in that state. Please see below.
*If this does not apply, please resume viewing with an annual viewing pass after your viewing period expires after you cancel your membership.

・Log in to my account
A button labeled [Continue contract] will be displayed under "Current plan" in the contract details. Click on it.
-A button labeled "Contract" will appear on the "Maintain Contract" screen, so click on it.
・A confirmation button will appear at the end, so click [OK] or [Start watching].
<After canceling your membership>
Once your cancellation is complete, <For existing DAZN members> Follow the steps to apply the code .
■ If you have received an email stating, "We are unable to confirm your payment, so please update your payment information"
・Update your payment information and complete your payment. ( You can do this from My Account page > DAZN Subscription.)
・If your membership has been cancelled due to not receiving confirmation of payment within a few days or not completing payment by the deadline, <Customers who have previously cancelled their membership> Follow the steps to apply the code.

How to apply a gift code
< If you are signing up for DAZN for the first time >
■ How to apply from the new registration screen
1. Click the "Become a member now" button on the DAZN homepage.
2. Enter your email address and click the "Next" button.
*If the email address was previously registered to a DAZN account, you will be prompted to enter your password . In this case, you can continue using your account. If you would like to continue using your account, please cancel the process and apply the code using the steps in the section for customers who have previously canceled their subscription .
3. Enter the required information and click the "Next" button.
4. Select "Standard" on the plan selection screen
5. Select "Monthly Plan" and click "Next"
*You will need to select a plan, but this is the plan that will be applied after the viewing period of the code ends. No payment will be incurred during the viewing period of the code you apply.
6. Under "Apply gift code" in the payment method section, enter the code and click "Apply gift code"
7. Select "Monthly Plan" again and press "Next"
8. Select and enter your desired payment method
* After the viewing period ends, you will be charged using your registered payment method. No payment will be incurred during the viewing period of the code you apply.
* If "Add payment information later" is displayed, you can select it to skip the payment method.
9. Registration is now complete and you can start watching. Enjoy watching DAZN.
■ How to apply from the gift code registration screen
*You cannot register multiple codes from the gift code registration screen. When using multiple codes, be sure to select " ■ When registering multiple codes Please check the " section .

1. Log in to DAZN
2. Access "My Account" from the icon on the top right of the screen
3. Select "Gift Code" from the menu and enter the special code.
4. A pop-up will appear to confirm the code application, so select "Apply"
*Please note that once a code has been applied it cannot be undone.
5. Once applied, "Gift code applied" will be displayed in the center of the screen.
The subscriptions section also shows the following.
6. You can check your current subscription information from the "DAZN Subscription" section of the My Account menu.
*Once you apply the code, it will begin being used the day after the end of your current viewing period.
*No charges will be made to your registered payment method during the code usage period.

4. Select a subscription plan.
Select "Monthly Plan" and click "Next"
*You will need to select a plan, but this is the plan that will be applied after the viewing period of the code ends. No payment will be incurred during the viewing period of the code you apply.
5. Select your payment method.
* After the viewing period ends, you will be charged using your registered payment method. No payment will be incurred during the viewing period of the code you apply.

■ How to check if the viewing passcode has been applied

Q. When will the gift code/annual pass be applied?
Your gift code /annual pass will begin to be used the day after your current viewing period ends.
You can check the last day of your viewing period under "Subscription Details" in My Account .
Example: A customer with a monthly plan whose monthly payment is due on the 24th
July 24th: Monthly fee (tax included) will be charged

The code will be applied between July 25th and August 23rd (until the day before the next billing date on August 24th)
↓
You can watch it from August 24th to September 23rd with the code.

September 24th: Monthly fee (tax included) will be charged and payment will be made via your registered payment method.
Q. I get an error when I enter a gift code/annual viewing pass and press "Apply".
The following situations may occur:
・If you are currently under contract using a method that falls under " ineligible accounts "
・If you enter multiple times consecutively from the Redeem page
*When using multiple codes, be sure to read the " ■ When registering multiple codes Please check the "
・If the code has already been used
・Codes provided by DAZN outside of Japan
・If the code has expired
・If the validity period of the code has not yet started
・If the code is entered incorrectly (*)
* "The alphabet I (capital letter I), l (lowercase letter L), and the number 1 (ichi)" The letter O (capital O) and the number 0 (zero) may be displayed in a way that makes them difficult to distinguish.
If not, some codes may have conditions for use, such as being limited to new customers or customers with existing contracts.

Q. If I have used a gift code in the past, can I use a new gift code?

Your payment card will not be charged during the active period of your gift code /annual pass.
Q. Can I get a refund if I don't use the product after purchasing it?
Please note that we cannot provide refunds even if the product is not used.
Q. I started watching using a gift code, but can I cancel my membership midway through the viewing period or get a refund for the remaining monthly fee?
You can cancel your membership at any time, but even after canceling your membership, you can continue to enjoy watching until the end of the gift code period.
Please note that you cannot immediately cancel your membership or temporarily suspend your account during the gift code application period.
Please note that no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Q. I applied the gift code but I was still charged .
Please check your My Account page to see if the code has been applied .
It is possible that the code has not been applied to your account and charges have been incurred.
*We cannot provide refunds for any period in which registration was not completed.
Q. Can I cancel my membership while using a gift code/annual viewing pass?

・If you cancel your membership during the gift code/annual viewing pass period.
