Which plan can I change to?

*1. The viewing content will change immediately after the plan change. (This may take some time to take effect). Both the prepaid amount before the plan change and the new plan fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and offset on the next billing date.
*2. Need to cancel membership once. You will need to confirm that you have reached withdrawal status and sign up again for the plan of your choice.

*3. You can enjoy the content on the new plan from your next subscription renewal date.
*4. You can apply for a change within the remaining 90 days of the subscription period of your current subscription plan. (For the remaining subscription period, please go to ‘DAZN Subscription’ and click on ‘View plan details’, then ‘Next payment’ to 90 days before). After the changeover procedure, the content will switch over the day after the expiry date of your current plan subscription.
*5 You can apply for a change within the remaining 30 days of the subscription period of your current subscription plan.
(For the remaining subscription period, please go to ‘DAZN Subscription’ and click on ‘View plan details’, then ‘Next payment’ to 30 days before). After the changeover procedure, the content will switch over the day after the expiry date of your current plan subscription.

How can I change my plan?
If you have paid directly to DAZN, you can access ‘My Account’ and make changes under ‘DAZN Subscription’.
Please follow the instructions below.
- Click on ‘View plan details’ and then click on the [Change] button to the right of ‘Payment plan.
*Customers wishing to change to a BASEBALL plan may click on ‘Manage Contracts’ and see the ‘Change to BASEBALL’ section. - Select the plan you wish to change, then click ‘Continue’ and follow the screen to complete the process.
Some customers may also see the following. (The following is an example of a customer on a global plan)
- Click on ‘View plan details’ and then ‘Change plan’ in the top right-hand corner.
- Select your preferred plan
- Further select your preferred payment plan, click ‘Continue’ and follow the screen to complete the process.
If you have paid for your DAZN subscription via a third party such as Google or Apple, you will need to access the subscription section of the relevant app store to change your subscription plan.
If you have a special contract through a telecommunications company or similar, rather than registering directly with DAZN, please contact the respective contract provider.
What if I change my mind?
Plan changes may be cancelled from ‘My Account’ up to the day before the subscription renewal date. (There are patterns where plan changes are reflected immediately. See table at top for details).
Simply select one of the ‘Cancel plan change’ options under the Subscriptions tab in ‘My Account’. If you cancel your plan change, you will remain on the plan you are currently subscribed to. It may take a few minutes for this change to appear in your account.
No cancellations or refunds can be made once the change has been fully completed. Please note that.
Are there other ways I can change my plan down?
From time to time, we may inform you of the offers on our products and services that may result in your plan moving to a lower subscription level. Any change in plan down will be reflected at your subscription renewal date.
Can I still make changes to my subscription whilst my change down is in progress?
While your plan is in the process of being changed, we will limit some capability in My Account such as Change Plan upgrade and changing how you pay for your subscription.
To get access to these features you would first need to cancel your change plan down via My Account before you can make further changes to your subscription.
