If an error occurs during registration
If an error is displayed, there could be several reasons, please try the following.
Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or vice versa, or switch to a different Wi-Fi network.
If the error persists, please contact your carrier/ wallet payment company.
If the error occurs before you have registered your payment method, please contact DAZN customer service.
Carrier payments / wallet payment
You will be charged monthly or annually via carrier payment / wallet payment for the duration of your DAZN registration.
DAZN subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so via the My Account page.
When is the billing date?
The billing date depends on the carrier and wallet payment method used. For more information, please contact your carrier or wallet payment company.
How to check payment history / Names of billers and payees of subscription fees
Please check from your carrier payment / wallet payment invoice.
Bills from DAZN will be marked as ‘DAZN Japan Investment LLC’.
Problems with carrier payments / wallet payment
If, for reasons such as mobile payment status, you are unable to confirm your DAZN monthly subscription, your account will automatically be placed on a deactivated status. If you wish to continue, please re-register with a new payment method.
I have not changed my carrier payment / wallet payment, can I continue to use it if I change my phone number?

Can I use a gift code if I register for DAZN using a carrier payment / wallet payment?
Various gift codes (DAZN tickets, prepaid cards, annual viewing passes, etc.) cannot be used.

If you wish to change to carrier payment / wallet payment, you will need to cancel your current registration. After the current subscription period has expired, please re-register for carrier payment / wallet payment.
I have registered for DAZN using carrier payment / wallet payment.
If you wish to change from carrier payment / wallet payment to another payment method, you will need to cancel your current registration. After the expiry of your current subscription period, please re-register with your preferred payment method.
If I want to cancel my contract with a carrier payment / wallet payment or switch to another company, can I continue my DAZN registration?
If you cancel your carrier payment / wallet payment contract, your account will be automatically cancelled after the expiry of your subscription period as payment cannot be confirmed.
If you wish to continue, please re-register with a new payment method.
If your new carrier supports DAZN payment, please re-register after your viewing period has expired.
How to withdraw from DAZN if you registered for DAZN using a carrier payment / wallet payment
You can cancel your membership from My Account. After withdrawal, you can watch the video until the day before the next payment date.
