Finding the email, you used to sign up with
- Search your inbox for any emails from us. The email might have been sent a few months or years ago, depending on when you signed up.
- Check for any saved passwords in your browser or password manager. You might find that, although the password is out of date or incorrect, the email address is right.
- Try each email address you have if you’ve ever created more than one DAZN account.
- If you’ve found the right email address, reset your password so you can access your account. You can reset your password here.
- Once you’re signed in, remember to update your email address in My Account.

- First and last name
- Payment method
- Last 4 digits of your payment method if applicable
- Giftcode number if you have one
- Date you signed up
