Promoter Identification
This Campaign is promoted by DAZN Limited, a company duly incorporated in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP, hereinafter referred to as “DAZN”.
Name and Purpose of the Campaign
Through the “Black Friday” Campaign (the “Campaign”), DAZN offers all customers without an active subscription the opportunity to benefit from a reduced price (€9.99/month) on an annual subscription with monthly payments for the DAZN Base product.
Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid for subscriptions made between 24 November and 1 December (inclusive).
Included and Excluded Products and Services
This offer applies exclusively to the DAZN Base Annual product (monthly payment).
The following products are expressly excluded from this Campaign: DAZN Total, DAZN Motors, NFL Game Pass, Rally TV, Courtside 1891, NHL.TV, NL TV, and ELF.Eligibility Criteria
The Campaign is valid for all users registered with DAZN, whether new or existing, who do not have any active subscription and who wish to acquire an annual subscription to the DAZN Base product through an eligible channel.
Subscription Channels
Subscription to the Campaign may be completed solely through a link that will be shared with the database of users registered on DAZN.com.
Campaign Mechanism
By joining the Campaign and starting an annual subscription to the DAZN product, the customer benefits from a reduced price of €9,99 per month during the first 12 months. After this period, the subscription will be automatically renewed at the price applicable at the time of renewal for the same product (DAZN Base Annual – monthly payment).
Payment Conditions and Service Activation
Activation: Access to the service is activated immediately after joining the Campaign.
Payment: The monthly subscription fee for the DAZN Base product will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
Non-payment: Failure to pay results in suspension of access to the service until the situation is rectified.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 17(1)(m) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
- the service consists of the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium;
- the execution of the contract begins immediately with their express consent;
- with this immediate commencement, the customer waives their right of withdrawal.
By completing the subscription and accessing DAZN content, the customer declares that they understand and accept that they lose their right of withdrawal from the moment access to the service begins.
Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data collected under this Campaign is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at DAZN.com/help. Data is processed exclusively for the purposes of managing the Campaign, invoicing, service provision, and compliance with legal obligations. By joining this Campaign, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
DAZN is not liable for technical failures, network unavailability, processing delays, or any other external factors that may prevent subscription to or enjoyment of the Campaign.
Amendments and Cancellation of the Campaign
DAZN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Campaign for justified reasons, and such changes shall be communicated through DAZN’s official channels.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, and the competent court for resolving any disputes is the court of the customer’s place of residence.
