What will be the new price of my Pass?
Starting September 1st, we will update our prices:

From what date does the new price list come into force?
The update takes effect from September 1, 2025.
For current subscribers (DAZN BASE only), the pass price will be updated on the subscription renewal date.
How will I be notified/notified of the price change?
DAZN.PT: All DAZN subscribers will be notified by email by August 1st. New subscribers will have the information visible next to the price of the pass they are subscribing to.
MEO, NOS, NOWO and VODAFONE: All information will be sent during the months of June and July via direct communication (notification on invoice, email, letter or SMS).
I am a subscriber to DAZN TOTAL, what will happen?
All customers who are currently subscribed to the TOTAL plan will not have any price change. Additionally, all these subscribers will have +1 access to their account to be able to simultaneously watch and enjoy the DAZN app. The price update for this plan is only applicable to new customers starting September 1.
How can I check the renewal date of my Pass?
Here are the steps to check your DAZN Pass renewal date if you subscribed directly through DAZN:
- Sign in to www.dazn.com.
- Click the profile icon .
- Go to My Account and click Subscription.
- Select View payment history to see your billing details and DAZN pass renewal date.
For DAZN subscription purchased through TV Operators, please check with your TV service provider for renewal details.
How can I change/cancel my DAZN plan?
Cancel DAZN Plan
You can cancel your DAZN subscription anytime following these steps:
- Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll to the footer section and click on Cancel.
- Click on Continue.
- Choose your preferred reason for cancelling subscription.
Note: You will see a list of offers available exclusively for you. If you would like to keep your subscription, click on Check out this offer. Otherwise, click on No thanks. - Enter your password to Cancel subscription and complete the process.
Change DAZN Plan
Follow these steps to change your current DAZN subscription plan:
- Open the DAZN app and click the profile icon at the top right corner.
- Go to My Account.
- Click on Subscription.
- Click on Change subscription under Subscription details.
- Make a choice from the upgrade plans available.
- Choose your payment plan.
- Confirm your new subscription and enjoy.
