Identification of the Promoter
This Campaign is promoted by DAZN Limited, a company duly incorporated in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP, hereinafter referred to as “DAZN”.

Name and Description of the Campaign
The “First Month Free” Campaign (the “Campaign”) offers all DAZN customers the opportunity to enjoy one (1) free month upon purchasing an annual subscription with monthly payments to the DAZN Base product.
After the 1-month free period, the subscription automatically converts to a monthly payment model for the remaining eleven (11) months, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DAZN Base product.

Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid for subscriptions made between 1 November and 23 November 2025 (inclusive).

Products and Services Covered and Excluded
This offer applies exclusively to the DAZN Base product (annual plan).
The following products are expressly excluded from this Campaign: DAZN Total, DAZN Motors, NFL Game Pass, Rally TV, FIBA, NL TV, and ELF.

Eligibility Conditions
The Campaign is valid for all DAZN customers, whether new or existing, regardless of the subscription channel, provided that they purchase an annual subscription to the DAZN Base product through an eligible channel.

Subscription Channels
The Campaign may be joined through:
- The DAZN Welcome Page DAZN.com;
- Product pages made available by DAZN’s telecommunications partners (NOS.pt, MEO.pt, Vodafone.pt, Nowo.pt).

Campaign Mechanism
By adhering to the Campaign, and initiating an annual subscription to the DAZN Base product during the Campaign period, through an eligible subscription channel, the client enjoys the first month free. After this free period, the subscription shall continue for a further 11 months, and is automatically converted to the monthly payments scheme at the price applicable to the DAZN Base product.

Payment and Service Activation Conditions
Activation: Access to the service is activated immediately upon adhering to the Campaign.
Payment: After the free period ends, the monthly subscription fee for the DAZN Base product will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
Non-payment: Failure to make payment will result in suspension of access to the service until payment is regularised.

Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 17(1)(m) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- the service consists of the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium;
- the performance of the contract begins immediately upon the client’s express consent;
- with such commencement, the consumer waives the right of withdrawal.
By completing the subscription and accessing DAZN’s content, the client acknowledges and accepts that they lose the right of withdrawal from the moment access to the service begins.

Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data collected under this Campaign is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at DAZN.com/help. The data is processed solely for the purposes of managing the Campaign, invoicing, providing the service, and fulfilling legal obligations. By adhering to the Campaign, the Client confirms he has read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
DAZN shall not be held liable for technical failures, network unavailability, processing delays, or any other external factors preventing participation in or enjoyment of the Campaign.

Amendments and Cancellation of the Campaign
DAZN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Campaign for justified reasons, such amendments to be communicated through DAZN’s official channels.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of the client’s domicile.
