Follow the steps below:
1. Try another event and see if it works.
In your DAZN app, check if you can load any other event that is currently running. When it's working, go back to the original event you wanted to watch. If the other event isn't working, proceed to the next step.
2. Restart your application.
Follow the steps below:
- On the Xbox controller, press the Xbox button to return to the home screen.
- Navigate to the DAZN app.
- Press the menu/option button on the controller.
- Select "Quit."
- Wait for 5 to 10 seconds and then launch DAZN again.
3. Try force-closing the application.
Follow the guide on the Xbox Support page to force close the DAZN app.
4. Restart your device.
Follow the steps below:
- Simply turn off the Xbox and unplug it from the power outlet (don't just turn it off).
- Make sure to wait for 15 to 20 seconds before plugging it back in.
- Then, power on the Xbox again.
5. Confirm if other streaming apps are working.
On your device, access any other streaming application you have installed on your system and check if it works. If you don't have any other streaming apps, check if the Xbox Store is functioning, and if you can browse.
