Basic Troubleshooting on PlayStation
Follow the steps below:
1. Try another event and see if it works.
In your DAZN app, check if you can load any other event that is currently running. When it's working, go back to the original event you wanted to watch. If the other event isn't working, proceed to the next step.
2. Restart the DAZN application.
Follow the steps below:
- On the PlayStation controller, press the "PS Home" button.
- Go to the "TV & Video" section.
- Navigate to the DAZN app and use the "Options" button on the controller.
- Select "Close application."
- Navigate to the DAZN app and start it again.
3. Try force-closing the application.
Please follow the steps below:
- On the PlayStation, navigate to the DAZN app.
- Use the option button on the PlayStation controller and select "Close" from the dropdown menu on the right, which will close the DAZN application.
4. Restart the PlayStation.
Follow the steps below:
- Simply turn off the PlayStation.
- Make sure to wait for 10 to 20 seconds.
- Restart your PlayStation.
5. Confirm if other streaming apps are working.
On your device, access any other streaming application you have installed on your system and check if it works. If you don't have any other streaming apps, check if your PSN Store is functioning, and if you can browse.
6. Confirm if the latest operating system is installed.

7. Update the DAZN app.
We recommend enabling automatic updates on your PlayStation so that the DAZN app is updated automatically when an update is available.

8. Restart your router.
Please follow the steps below:
- To restart the router, unplug the router or modem from the power outlet (do not turn it off).
- Wait for 15 to 20 seconds, and then plug it back in.
- Allow the device to reconnect for one or two minutes.
