Basic Troubleshooting on Your iPhone and iPad
Please follow the steps below:
1. Confirm if your device is supported.
- iPhone 5 or newer
- iPod Touch (5th generation) or newer
- iPad 2 or newer
2. Confirm if your internet connection is available on your iPhone or iPad.
To check if your iPhone or iPad has a working internet connection, see if you can access www.dazn.com in the Apple Safari browser. If you can view the page without receiving an error message, you know that the internet connection on your iPhone or iPad is working.
3. Restart the DAZN app.
Follow the steps below:
- Double-click the Home button to show your recently used apps.
- Swipe left or right to find the DAZN app you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app view to close it.
- Tap on the DAZN app to restart it.
4. Update the DAZN app.
Follow these steps:
- On your device, navigate to the app store.
- In the app store, tap on the update button.
- Swipe down to check if there are updates available for your apps.
- If there is an update available for DAZN, you will see it in the list.
- Tap on "Update" to install the latest version of DAZN.
5. Restart the device.

6. Uninstall and reinstall the DAZN app.
Follow the steps below:
- Tap and hold the DAZN app until it vibrates.
- Tap on the "X" in the upper-left corner of the app.
- Tap on "Delete."
- Go to the App Store.
- Type "DAZN" in the search field.
- Tap on the small cloud symbol next to the DAZN app to reinstall it.
