Basic Troubleshooting on Your Panasonic Smart TV
Please follow the steps below:
1. Try another event and see if it works.
In your DAZN application, check if you can load any other event that is currently running. When it's working, go back to the original event you wanted to watch. If the other event isn't working, proceed to the next step.
2. Restart the DAZN app.
Follow the steps below:
- On your device, navigate upward to see the menu bar.
- Select "Exit the app" on the right side of the menu bar.
- Once you're back on your home screen, navigate to the DAZN app and start it.
3. Update the DAZN app.
Follow the steps below:
- On the Panasonic home screen, go to "My Apps."
- Select the "Settings" symbol in the upper-right corner of your Panasonic Smart TV.
- On the left side, go to "Uninstall apps." Once the page loads, select the DAZN app.
- Click on the DAZN app and confirm the deletion of the app.
- Press the app button on the remote control.

- Click on the DAZN app and follow the instructions to install it.
4. Restart the device.
Please follow the steps below:
- Turn off your Panasonic Smart TV and unplug it from the power outlet (don't just turn it off).
- Make sure to wait for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Then, plug the Panasonic Smart TV back in and restart it.
5. Confirm if other streaming apps are working.
On your device, access any other streaming application you have installed on your system and check if it works. If you don't have any other streaming apps, check if your app store is functioning, and if you can browse it.
6. Confirm if the latest operating system is installed.
You can find detailed information on how to update your Smart TV on the Panasonic support website.
