Basic Troubleshooting on Your Android TV
Please follow the steps below:
1. Try another event and check if it's working.
In your DAZN application, check if you can load any other event that is currently running. When it's working, go back to the original event you wanted to watch. If the other event isn't working, proceed to the next step.
2. Restart the DAZN app.
Follow the steps below:
- On your device, navigate up until you see the menu bar.
- Select "Exit the app" on the right side of the menu bar.
- When you're back on the home screen, navigate to the DAZN app and start it.
3. Force close the app.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to your home page.
- Access the settings.
- Now, open the "Apps" section and select the DAZN application.
- Select "Force Stop."
- Then, start the application again and check if your issue is resolved.
4. Restart your device.
Follow the steps below:
- Turn off your Android TV and unplug it from the power source (don't just turn it off).
- Make sure to wait for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Then, plug your Android TV back in and restart it.
5. Confirm if other streaming apps are working.
On your device, access any other streaming application you have installed on your system and check if it works. If you don't have any other streaming apps, check if your app store is functioning, and if you can browse it.
6. Confirm if the latest operating system is installed.
Check for updates on your Android TV and make sure the latest version is installed. Depending on your TV manufacturer, the steps may vary. Consult the manual provided with your TV for additional information.
7. Uninstall and reinstall the DAZN app.
Follow the steps below:
- On the home screen of your Android TV, scroll down and select "Settings."
- Go to "Device" and select "Apps."
- Under "Downloaded apps," choose the DAZN app.
- Select "Uninstall" and confirm with "OK."
- Then, go to the Google Play Store.
- Use the search function and look for "DAZN."
- Click on the DAZN app and follow the instructions to install it.
8. Restart your router.
Please follow the steps below:
- To restart the router, disconnect the router or modem from the power source (don't turn it off).
- Wait for 15 to 20 seconds, and then plug it back in.
- Allow the device to reconnect in one or two minutes.
