How do you redeem your promotional code?
To activate your promotional code, follow the instructions below:

- Enter your free access code.
- If you already have an account on DAZN.com, enter your login details. If you do not have an account, create one by setting up your username and password, and enter your payment details.
- You're all set! Start watching the very best sport on DAZN.com.
Note: Payment details are requested when registering/subscribing using a promotional code; however, charges will only be applied immediately in the following cases: 1) codes without a discount or 2) codes with a partial discount In the case of 3) codes that provide fully discounted monthly subscriptions, you will only be charged after the promotional period ends, if there is a minimum term commitment or if you choose to keep the service active after the promotional offer.
Can I use a promotional code if I have a subscription paid through a partner?
Promotional codes can only be redeemed by new users or by users who subscribe directly through DAZN.com (i.e. are billed directly by DAZN). If you purchased your DAZN subscription through a telecommunications provider or any other partner, unfortunately you will not be able to redeem promotional codes.
Can I cancel my subscription while I have an active promotional code?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will only be able to use your promotional code once. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to transfer any remaining promotional period to another account. Instead, your subscription will be scheduled to end on the next renewal date after the promotional period has ended. For example: You redeem a promotional code that gives you 3 months of DAZN BASE Monthly free of charge, and after 30 days you decide to cancel your subscription. In this case, you will still have 2 months remaining to enjoy your DAZN service until the promotional period ends.
What happens when my promotional period ends?
When the promotional period ends, if no prior cancellation request has been made, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period specified in your current plan, or for a new plan equivalent to the one that has just ended. The applicable fee will be charged to the payment method registered on your DAZN account at that time. If you did not provide a payment method and payment details when creating your account, you will receive an email before your promotional code expires with all the information you need to continue enjoying the very best sport on DAZN.
Can I change my payment method while using a promotional code?

When I enter my promotional code on the page, I receive an error message. Why?
There may be several reasons why you are seeing this error message. The most common are:
