In case your payment failed making it difficult for you to access DAZN, here is what you need to do to resume service:
- Click on the profile icon.
- On the Overview page, under My Subscription a pop-up saying Action needed will be visible. You need to update your payment details to resume access.
- Click on Subscription.
- Under Payment information, click on Manage payment method.
- Check the status of your Current payment method (Account balance/validity of account or payment mode).
If topping-up your current payment method doesn’t help, you will need to change the payment method. - Choose your preferred payment method from Change payment method.
- Enter the details and proceed to update the change.
Payment address must match the country you're accessing DAZN from:

Ensure that the billing address attached to your bank account or card is in the same country that you’re accessing DAZN from.
Example: If you’re accessing DAZN from the US, your bank account must also have a billing address based in the US.
Update your payment method and details:
- Click on your profile icon to visit My Account.
- Click on the Subscription tab from the menu.
- Under Payment information, click on Manage payment method.
- Under Change payment method, select your preferred payment method followed by the required payment details.
- Click on Update payment method to complete the process.
Check with your bank or payment provider:
Sometimes your payment provider may decline the transaction. Contact your payment provider directly to check that the transaction went through and then try to access DAZN again.
