How to Get the Season Pro Ultimate Plan?

For New Users - If you’re new to NFL Game Pass, you can purchase the Season Pro Ultimate plan directly here and start enjoying all these benefits immediately.

For Existing Season Pro Standard Users - If you’re currently subscribed to the Season Pro Standard plan, upgrading to Season Pro Ultimate is easy. For a one-time fee, you can unlock exclusive benefits of the Ultimate subscriptions. Upgrade in your account here.

How do you get tickets for international games?

1. Once signed up or upgraded, an email will be sent within 1 hour to enter the ballot (if the ballot is still open – expires Sunday 13 October 2024)

2. Ultimate subscribers can select the games and prices they wanted to be entered into a draw for - only one entry per subscriber

3. Once the draw closes, successful applicants will be chosen at random and allocated tickets to purchase

4. Those successful will have a minimum of 72 hours to purchase their tickets once they have received their confirmation email through an NFL ticketing site.

Entering the ballot does not guarantee an allocated ticket.

How do I get the 25% off code for NFL Shop?

Ultimate subscribers will receive a one-off 25% off code via email within 7 days of sign up or upgrade. The code will expire on 30/09/25. Valid on NFLShop.com (including NFL Shop Europe and NFL Shop Mexico).

There are some exclusions on the discount of this promotional code: sale products, selected NFL jerseys, premium brand products (Under Armour, Alex and Ani, Dooney & Bourke, Lillie Bee, Lionel, Vera Bradley, Yeti, and selected Nike products as well limited edition drops.

Due to local regulations, we were not able to renew your Season Pro subscription, and it has automatically rolled onto a Monthly Flex plan. Don't worry, you can switch back to a Season Pro plan at any time, simply go to ‘My Account’ to make the switch. You can do this via the link below:

To switch to a Season Pro plan, head to ‘My Account’ and select which annual plan you would like to move to:

•  If you select our Pay Up Front option, then you will be charged immediately the difference between what you have just paid for your Monthly Flex plan and the total cost for the season. 
• Alternatively, if you select our Instalments plan, you will receive a partial refund for the difference between your Monthly Flex payment and the cost of your first instalment. You won’t be charged again until your next billing date.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reach your account.

Forgot your email?

If you’ve forgotten the email you used to sign up, follow these steps to find it:

1. Search your inbox for any past emails from us—these could be from months or even years ago.
2. Check your saved passwords in your browser or password manager. Even if the password is outdated, it might show the correct email.
3. Try all email addresses you own, especially if you’ve created multiple DAZN accounts in the past.
4. Once you’ve found the right email, you can reset your password here to regain access.
5. After signing in, make sure to update your email address in My Account for future ease.
6. If you’re unable to track your email after these steps, speak to a customer support agent by clicking on the Need Help button below. 

No longer have access to the registered email?

If you no longer have access to the email linked to your account, contact a customer support agent by clicking the Need Help button below. Provide the agent with as many of the following details as possible:

• First and last name
• Payment method
• Last 4 digits of your payment method (if applicable)
• Gift code (if you have one)
• Date of sign-up

This will help us quickly locate your account and resolve the issue.

Accessing "My Account"

After your registration it may take up to 4 hours until you are able to access "My Account". Otherwise you should be able to access "My Account" at any time using this link.

At the sign in make sure to verify your login details (error code 50-49-401) 

When you try to sign in make sure to check your email address and password for typos and make sure to use the details you entered when registered. If you have entered your wrong login details you will receive a banner stating error code 50-49-401. If you have entered the wrong password for more than 10 times in a row, you receive error code 50-00-429 and our system will log you out for approximately 15 minutes before you can try again to login. This is to protect your account and prevent an unauthorized person to gain access.

Reset your Password 

Please follow the steps below to reset your password:

• Please use our password recovery function by following this link.
• On the following page please enter your Email Address and click on “Send”.
• You will receive a notification that we have sent an email to the email address entered.
  Please check your inbox and spam folder of your email account for an email from “DAZN support” with the subject “Change your password”. Please take into consideration that it can take some time for the password reset email to arrive.
• In your mail from DAZN you will find a “Reset Password” button. Please click this now.
• You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password. Make sure to follow the below criteria for your new password:
  • Contains at least one uppercase and lowercase letter.
  • No spaces in the password allowed.
  • Contains at least one letter and one number.
  • You will need to verify your password to make sure there is no typo in your password. Once you have selected and entered your new password please click on “Change Password”.
• Once you have changed your password you can use your new password to sign in to DAZN.

Recover your email address 

Please take this link to recover your email address. In order to recover your email address you will need the following details:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Payment method
• Last 4 digits of your payment method

Restart your device

Depending on your device the steps might be different. As a general guideline you can close the app and power your device off, if it doesn’t have a restart option. Afterwards please wait 10 to 20 seconds before you start your device again.
