We have confirmed that certain aspects of our disclosures and communications regarding DAZN Soccer, including the plan's subscription term, pricing, cancellation conditions, and other contractual terms, were unclear and may have caused confusion or misunderstanding among customers.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this matter has caused our customers.We have taken this issue very seriously and, following a detailed review and careful consideration, have decided to implement the following measures for all customers who subscribed to DAZN Soccer between the launch of the service and the suspension of sales today.
Eligible customers may choose one of the following options:
- Cancel their subscription and receive a refund of their most recent one month's subscription fee.
- Switch to the DAZN Standard Monthly Plan (a month-to-month subscription that automatically renews each month and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice).
- Continue with their current DAZN Soccer annual subscription.
In addition, in light of the current situation, we have suspended new subscriptions to DAZN Soccer as of 18 June 2026 while we review the product and related customer communications.
We would also like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the additional steps required to process these arrangements.

Customers who wish to continue their current DAZN Soccer annual subscription are not required to take any action.

If you wish to cancel your "DAZN Soccer" subscription:
If you do not wish to continue your "DAZN Soccer" subscription, you may request an immediate subscription and a refund the usage fee for the most recent month. Please note that your viewing on DAZN will end upon cancellation. -
If you wish to change to the "DAZN Standard" monthly plan:
Based on the current campaign, the "DAZN Standard" monthly plan (Β₯1,980/month) will be applied after the change procedure is completed.
The following will be performed upon change:
- Any unused portion of your current month's DAZN Soccer subscription will be prorated and credited against the promotional first-month fee for the DAZN Standard Monthly Plan (Β₯1,980). Any remaining amount after the credit has been applied will be charged to your account.
*The "DAZN Standard" monthly plan is a monthly plan. The campaign price (Β₯1,980/month) will apply for the first three months, after which the regular price (Β₯4,200/month) will apply.
*Your contract will automatically renew, and we require 30 days' notice for cancellation. If you wish to cancel after only the first month, please note that you must complete the cancellation process immediately after the plan change is complete.
If you wish to proceed with either of the above options, please inform us via the request form below by June 30th (Tuesday).

[June 13th Update] Notice and Apology Regarding DAZN Soccer Subscriptions During a Certain Period
We have identified that, during the subscription process for DAZN Soccer, our annual football plan that provides access to all football content on DAZN, certain information displayed between May 30,Β 2026Β and June 11,Β 2026Β at 8:00 PM (the "Affected Period") may have been interpreted as indicating that the plan was a monthly subscription.Β In addition, some customers received guidance in response toΒ subsequentΒ inquiries that may haveΒ caused confusion.
We sincerely and deeply apologize for any concern, inconvenience, or frustration this may have caused.
We take this matter very seriously. For customers who subscribed to DAZN Soccer during the Affected Period and do not wish to continue their subscription, we are contacting affected customers directly and offering the following support options.
1. Cancellation of DAZN Soccer
If you do not wish to continue your DAZN Soccer subscription, we willΒ assistΒ you with the cancellation process.Β
Given that certain aspects of our subscription information and customer communications during the Affected Period may not have been sufficiently clear, we will review your individual circumstances, including your usage history and the circumstances surrounding your subscription, and provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis, which may include a refund or other suitable measures.
Please note that access to DAZN content will end at the time your subscription is cancelled.
2. Switch to the DAZN Standard Monthly Plan
Under our current promotional campaign, you may switch to the DAZN Standard Monthly Plan at a promotional rate of Β₯1,980 per month, effective upon completion of the plan change process.
The following adjustments will be made when the change is processed:
- Any unusedΒ portionΒ of your current DAZN Soccer subscription will be calculated on a prorated basis and credited toward your first month of DAZN Standard service.
- Your billing cycle will be reset based on the date your plan change is completed.
This is a Monthly Plan. The promotional rate of Β₯1,980 per month will apply for the first three months. Thereafter, the standard monthly fee of Β₯4,200 per month will apply.
Customers who subscribed to DAZN Soccer between May 30, 2026, and 8:00 PM on June 11, 2026, and who do not wish to continue their subscription, are requested to complete the required information in the form below to submit a cancellation or plan change request.
