The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the DAZN Quiz FIFA World Cup Match Prediction Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by DAZN Limited (registered office: 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP; hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “DAZN”).
By participating in this Campaign, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, DAZN’s Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), and DAZN’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). Please note that participation in this Campaign is not permitted unless you agree to these Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Campaign Terms”).

Campaign Overview
Customers who participate in the predictions (“Predictions”) available on the DAZN Quiz page (“DAZN Quiz Page”) within the DAZN app and website during the Campaign Period specified in Section 2 below will earn points according to the number of correct answers.
Points will be totaled for each aggregation period described below, and rankings will be determined based on the total number of points earned.
Among eligible participants, a total of 110 winners (Top 10 Tournament Prediction winners, Top 50 Group Stage Prediction winners, and Top 50 Knockout Tournament Prediction winners) with the highest point totals during each Campaign Period described in Section 2 will receive prizes (“Prizes”), including DAZN gift codes.*¹
Participants may win multiple times across different periods, limited to prizes within this Campaign.
*¹ In the event of a tie in points, winners will be selected by lottery conducted by DAZN.

Campaign Period and Prediction Entry Period
Predictions related to FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches will be held during the following Campaign Periods.
If any eligible match (“Eligible Match”) is postponed or canceled, no points will be awarded for that match to any participant.

Awards and Prize Details
For each of the three Campaign Periods, points earned from all Predictions during that period will be totaled, and rankings will be determined according to total points earned.
Participants with the highest total points in each Campaign Period will receive the following Prizes.

*¹ In the event of a tie in points, winners will be selected by lottery conducted by DAZN.
*² Jerseys will be selected by DAZN from participating nations. Participants cannot choose the country.
*³ Depending on the account currently in use, gift codes may occasionally not be redeemable. Eligibility for gift code redemption can be checked from here. Even if a winning account cannot redeem a gift code, the winner may cancel their current account and create a new subscription account using the gift code. If canceling the current account is difficult, an alternative prize may be offered. Applicable winners should contact DAZN through the prize delivery registration form provided to winners.

How to Participate
While logged into a DAZN account, customers can access the DAZN Quiz Page by selecting “DAZN Quiz” from the menu within the DAZN app.
Please participate in Predictions during the entry periods specified in Section 2 above.
Each Prediction may only be entered once during its applicable entry period; however, Prediction details may be changed during the applicable entry period.
Points are awarded based on the number of correct answers and accumulate throughout each Campaign Period.
Results for the previous day’s Predictions can be checked on the DAZN Quiz Page from 16:00 on the day following each Eligible Match.
Customers who have opted in to receive marketing emails from DAZN will receive daily emails informing them of earned points and rankings.
Prize winners will be contacted separately via email from DAZN (DL-EVENT-CRMJP@dazn.com) or via in-app message to request personal information necessary for prize delivery. Subscription status may also be verified. Please ensure that emails from the above DAZN email address can be received by adjusting spam filter or email reception settings.
Please note that customers who do not win will not be notified of unsuccessful results.
Any connection charges, communication fees, or other expenses incurred in participating in the Campaign shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Eligible Participants
Participants eligible for this Campaign are limited to customers who satisfy all of the following conditions. If it is determined that any condition is not met, the right to participate and receive prizes shall automatically expire without prior notice from DAZN.
a. Customers who already have a DAZN account (including Freemium accounts) during the Campaign Period, or customers who newly subscribe during the Campaign Period
b. Customers who consent to receive emails from DAZN and its related parties ((meaning related parties as defined in Article 112, Paragraph 4 of the Regulation on Corporate Accounting, “DAZN Group”) Customers using DAZN for docomo, docomo MAX, or docomo Point MAX plans who have not registered a valid email address with their DAZN account must register an email address through “My Account.”
c. Customers who agree to the Campaign Terms
d. Customers who agree that their account name may be used by DAZN for publication of rankings
e. Residents of Japan
f. Customers aged 18 or older (customers under 18 are also eligible if parental consent has been obtained)
g. Customers who do not violate any of the precautions or prohibited matters described herein
h. Customers who can prove compliance with all of the above conditions if requested by DAZN

Ineligible Participants
Customers falling under any of the following categories are not eligible for the Campaign:
a. Customers who did not complete participation in Predictions during the applicable entry period according to the methods and conditions specified in Section 3
b. Customers residing outside Japan
c. Customers found to have submitted multiple Predictions for the same Eligible Match using the same account
d. Customers using account names containing expressions contrary to public order and morals or expressions that may cause discomfort to others

Important Notes
Even if selected as a winner, the right to receive a Prize shall automatically expire without prior notice from DAZN if any of the following apply:
a. DAZN is unable to contact the customer through the registered email address
b. The Prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, failure to update address details, or failure to respond by the specified deadline
c. Fraudulent conduct is discovered in relation to participation
d. The customer fails to provide required information after winning, or provides false information
e. Where match viewing tickets are a Prize, there is a possibility that attendees may appear in programmes or social media posts covering the relevant event (including, but not limited to, those of DAZN). By entering this Campaign, all applicants and participants shall be deemed to have consented to such appearances.

Prohibited Acts
The following acts are prohibited. If DAZN determines that a participant has engaged in or is equivalent to any prohibited act, DAZN may exclude the participant from the Campaign without prior notice and may request the return of any Prize already received.
a. Selling, transferring, lending, exchanging, or otherwise disposing of Prizes to third parties
b. Falsifying personal information such as email addresses
c. Engaging in, or threatening to engage in, conduct that harms or may harm the rights or interests of other customers, third parties, DAZN, or the DAZN Group
d. Engaging in any action that violates any applicable laws or regulations or that is contrary to public order and morals (including the use of expressions in account names that are contrary to public order and morals or that may cause offence to others)
e. Any other fraudulent conducts

Disclaimer
a. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by DAZN, DAZN shall bear no responsibility whatsoever (including, but not limited to, liability for non-conformity, liability for breach of contract or liability in tort) in connection with the Campaign or Prizes, regardless of reason.
b. Participants are deemed to participate in the Campaign at their own responsibility. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by DAZN, DAZN shall not be liable, regardless of the reason and in any circumstances, for any damages, losses, or disadvantages suffered by participants or third parties in connection with participation in the Campaign or inability to receive a Prize.
c. DAZN will not resend, change, or exchange Prizes for reasons attributable to the customer.
d. DAZN makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy, legality, morality, timeliness, or appropriateness of information provided on Campaign-related websites (including, but not limited to, the DAZN Quiz Page) or in emails.
e. DAZN shall not be liable for any damages suffered by customers or third parties due to system failures or malfunctions.
f. DAZN shall not be liable if all or part of the Campaign or Eligible Matches are postponed or canceled due to natural disasters, decisions, orders, instructions or requests of government or local authorities, equipment or system failures or defects, venue circumstances, reasons attributable to the customer, or any causes not attributable to DAZN.

Changes to the Campaign Terms or Termination of the Campaign Terms
a. DAZN may change the Campaign Terms (including the Campaign and Prize contents) without prior notice.
b. The Campaign Terms may be revised at any time at DAZN’s discretion. Revised terms shall become effective either when posted on DAZN or DAZN Group websites or when sent to the customer’s registered email address, whichever occurs first.
c. DAZN may terminate the Campaign at any time, regardless of whether the Campaign Period is ongoing, without prior notice to customers. DAZN shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer resulting from changes to the Campaign Terms or termination of the Campaign.

Severability
If any provision of the Campaign Terms is determined to be illegal or legally invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. If removing part of an illegal or invalid provision would make the Campaign Terms legal or valid, such portion shall be deemed removed, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Campaign Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Japan and construed and applied solely in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Other
Customers who win prizes in this Campaign may not be eligible to win prizes in other campaigns conducted during the same period by DAZN or the DAZN Group.
