PPV TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: January 24, 2025

1. DAZN Limited (“DAZN”, “We", "Us") provides an online video service offering (among other things) streaming of sporting events (both live and on-demand), highlights of sporting events and other related content (collectively "Content") for a range of devices including Internet-connected TVs, computers and other platforms ("DAZN Service"). The Content is usually subject to certain restrictions (including, but not limited to, certain territorial restrictions).
   
   
2. If you are a DAZN Service subscriber, you may be entitled to purchase certain sports events on a pay-per-view basis (“Add-On Event”) in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms of Use and the sign-up journey. You must be 18 years of age (or over) to purchase and view the Add-On Event. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian to purchase and view the Add-On Event under the supervision thereof.
   
   
3. By purchasing the Add-On Event, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions. The purchase price and viewing conditions (including, but not limited to, whether replay viewing is available, the viewing period, etc.) for Add-On Events varies. Therefore, you should check such conditions before purchasing any Add-On Event. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please refrain from purchasing the Add-On Event.
   
   
4. By activating the purchase button (or, as the case may be, an equivalent button) you submit a legally binding offer to purchase the Add-On Event. The purchase is concluded by our explicit confirmation of the contract. If you have not received such confirmation, the purchase is concluded when we provide you with access to the Add-On Event within the DAZN Service. Once the purchase is concluded we do not accept cancellations.
   
   
5. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Add-On Event is made available to you once your purchase is concluded. However, the Add-On Event functionality is provided on an "as is" basis. We will not have any liability to you for the cancellation or abandonment of any event or the failure to show any event as scheduled or advertised, nor where you are unable to watch any event on any specific platform device. We will provide the Add-On Event with reasonable care and skill. Apart from this we make no representation or warranty (and exclude all warranties and conditions otherwise implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law). This does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer. We (and not any third party payment provider) are responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have in relation to the Add-On Event.
   
   
6. Payment must be made by credit card, PayPal or through another current, valid, accepted method of payment including supported third party payment providers (“Payment Method”). You confirm that any such Payment Method that you use is yours, or that you have the authorisation of the card or account holder to use it. All accounts and Payment Methods are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the Payment Method provider. If your Payment Method is refused, then you will not be granted access to the Add-On Event until a validated Payment Method is provided by you and approved by us.
   
   
7. For some Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you certain fees, such as a foreign transaction fee or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
   
   
8. The fee for the Add-On Event will be as outlined when you sign up or in other communications made available to you prior to your purchase.
   
   
9. The fee to be paid for the Add-On Event will be billed on the date specified by us or your third party payment provider to your chosen Payment Method. We do not refund any Add-On Event fees paid in case of your cancellation.
   
   
10. The Add-On Event is for your personal and non-commercial use only.
    
    
11. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, unless agreed otherwise in writing, the maximum liability of each of us and any third party rights holder to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Add-On Event to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Add-On Event.
    
    
12. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms of Use supplement the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these DAZN Service Terms and Conditions and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use shall prevail. Matters not stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be governed by the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions.
    
    
13. We can modify these Terms of Use at any time if we deem the changes suitable to your general interest, or reasonable, without defeating the purpose of these Terms of Use, in light of the necessity for and relevance of the changes and the circumstances in relation thereto. We will notify you about changes to these Terms of Use by posting the changes on our website.
    
    
14. Your use of the Add-On Event is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here — https://www.dazn.com/en-JP/help/articles/privacy-jp ("Privacy Policy") and is incorporated here by reference. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us.
