DAZN 2024 Baseball Exchange (Hereinafter “This campaign”) conducted by DAZN Limited (Location：12 Hammersmith Grove, London, England, W6 7AP. Hereinafter “DAZN”, “We", "Us".) will be governed by the below Terms & Condition.
If you participate to this campaign, you will also be regarded as having agreed to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please note that you cannot participate in this campaign without agreeing to the campaign Terms & Condition, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Outline of this campaign
All new subscribers who register for DAZN Baseball from DAZN.com during the Campaign Period will receive an ‘Uber Eats’ coupon worth JPY 4,500 (three coupons worth JPY 1,500)* (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Present’). The Gift will be given as a present. The Giveaway will end once the number of participants in the Campaign reaches 10,000, even during the Campaign Period.

Eligibility to use the gift
People who have never completed an order with Uber Eats in the past are eligible to use the gift
Expiry Date
The voucher expires at 23:55 (JPT) on 31 July 2024 or 30 days after the promotion code is granted, whichever is earlier.
Gift Terms of Use
Coupons can be applied to orders of JPY 1,500 or more per order including tax (excluding commission, service charge and delivery charge for small orders). The coupons cannot be used for ‘pick-up’ orders and can only be used once per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded for the unused portion of the price and cannot be redeemed for goods or services outside the Uber Eats app. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other Uber Eats coupons or other promotional codes.
2. The Campaign Period
Campaign Period is Tuesday 28 May 2024, 00:00 until Monday 17 June 2024, 23:59 (‘the Campaign Period’).
3. How to Participate in this Campaign
The coupon code for this campaign will be included in the registration completion email that is automatically sent 24 hours after subscribing to DAZN Baseball when the customer signs up for the DAZN Baseball Annual Instalment (monthly payment) Plan from DAZN.com during this campaign period.
The DAZN Baseball subscription fee is JPY 2,300 per month (JPY 27,600 for 12 months). In the case of annual plans, there is a minimum usage period (12 months), and even if you request cancellation during the minimum usage period, you will still be charged for the minimum usage period. Please note that all connection fees, communication fees and other costs incurred when using the service are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Who is eligible for this campaign?
Only customers who fulfil all of the following criteria are eligible for this campaign (if any one of the following criteria is found not to be fulfilled, the right to receive this gift will be forfeited).
a) Customers who newly subscribe to DAZN Baseball during the Campaign Period
b) Customers who have agreed to the Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy
c) Customers who have authorised the distribution of emails from DAZN and related parties of DAZN (meaning related parties as defined in Article 112, paragraph 4 of the Corporate Calculation Regulations. hereinafter referred to as ‘DAZN Group’)
d) Residents of Japan
e) Customers aged 18 and over (however, customers under the age of 18 with parental consent are also eligible)
f) Customers who are not in breach of any of the precautions and prohibitions
g) Customers who can prove that they satisfy all the above items when requested by the Company
5. Customers who are not eligible for this campaign
Customers are ineligible for this campaign if any one of the following applies to them
a) Customers who subscribe to a DAZN Baseball plan outside of the Campaign period
b) If the registered payment method is not valid.
b) Customers residing outside Japan.
6. Precautions
Your right to receive the present will be forfeited if any one of the following applies to you
a) If we are unable to contact you via your email address registered with us
b) If the present cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly filled in address, a change of address after registration or any other reason
c) If there is any fraudulent activity in relation to your application
7. Prohibitions
We will prohibit any one of the following acts. If we deem that you violated any one of these prohibitions or similar to these, we will exclude you from campaign applicants and we will require you to return a gift if you have already received it.
a) Buying, selling, transferring, receiving, lending, or exchanging a gift to a third party
b) Falsifying personal information such as email addresses
c) Potential action to harm the rights or interests of our customers, third parties, DAZN or DAZN group
d) Violating laws and regulations or public order and morals
e) Any other misconducts
8. Disclaimers
a) DAZN will not be liable for campaign, campaign application or gift (Including, but not limited to, defect warranty liability, liability for default or tort liability)
b) You agree to participate in this campaign at your own risk. DAZN shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or losses incurred by the customer or any third party, regardless of the reason. We are not responsible for any disadvantages.
c) We will not resend, change, or exchange gifts due to the customer’s convenience, regardless of the reason.
d) We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, morality, up-to-dateness, appropriateness, etc. of the information described on our homepage or emails related to this campaign.
e) We shall not be responsible for any of your or third party’s damage due to system failure or malfunction.
9. Regarding changes or termination of this terms & conditions
a) We may change this terms & conditions (including campaign and gift: hereafter the same applies to this section) without prior notice
b) This terms & conditions may be revised at any time. In this case, revised condition will be effective immediately when either of uploading revised terms & conditions to DAZN or DAZN group homepage or sending an email with revised terms & conditions to be registered customers
c) We may terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice to customers, regardless of the original campaign period. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused to customers due to changes to terms & conditions or campaign period, regardless of the reason
10. Severability
If any provision of terms & conditions is determined to be illegal and/or legally invalid, the validity of the rest of Terms & conditions will not be affected. If any illegal or legally invalid part would be lawful or legally valid by deleting that part, that part will be deemed to have been deleted, and the remaining parts of the provision will remain in effect.
11. Governing law/exclusive jurisdiction
The governing law of these terms & conditions is Japanese law only, and they will be interpreted and applied only in accordance with Japanese law. In addition, for any disputes regarding these terms & conditions, the Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
12. Others
Customers who win a gift may not be able to win other campaigns conducted by us or the DAZN Group during the same period.
