NFL GAME PASS Season Pro and Season Pro Ultimate (Pay Over Time)

Regardless of the start date of the subscription, the subscription expires on July 31 of each year. The same plan will be renewed on August 1 of each year thereafter unless you turn off auto-renewal settings in My Account. However, if you subscribe with a 12-time installment payment, the term of the subscription is one year from the start date of the subscription, and the same plan will be renewed thereafter unless you turn off auto-renewal settings in My Account.

NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro, National League TV Weekly Pass, European League of Football Weekly Pass
You will be billed the full amount on the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription.
The term of the subscription for NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro is 7 days (168 hours) from the time of purchase ( For example, if purchased at 9:00 a.m. on September 15, it will be available until 9:00 a.m. on September 22).
There is no automatic renewal. If you wish to continue using NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro, please purchase again after the contract period expires. The next available purchase date will be 6:00 a.m. UTC the day after the expiration date. (For example, if your contract expires at 9:00 a.m. September 22 JST, you will be able to make your next purchase at 3:00 p.m. September 23 JST (6:00 a.m. September 23 UTC)).

Season Pass Ultimate/Season Pass
For the Season Pass Ultimate/Season Pass, you will be billed the full amount on the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription. Regardless of the start date of the subscription, the subscription period expires on September 30 each year. The same plan will be renewed on October 1 of each year thereafter unless you turn off the auto-renewal setting in My Account.

Monthly Ultimate/Monthly
For Monthly Ultimate/Monthly, the billing cycle starts from the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription and will be billed monthly. Please note that payments will be suspended during the NHL off-season period (June to August), meaning you will only be charged monthly during the NHL season (September to May of the following year) unless you cancel your plan. The subscription period is one month. Unless you turn off the auto-renewal setting in My Account, the same plan will renew every month during the NHL season (September to May of the following year). No charges are made during the NHL off-season (June to August), but if you do not cancel or turn off auto-renewal, your subscription will auto-renew at the start of the next NHL season.
Regardless of (1) – (6) above, in some cases, the date for billing may change, for example if your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month or the billing cycle is set in campaign conditions.
In the event that the customer loses the benefit of time, we may demand immediate and lump-sum payment of the usage fee from the customer.
PPV and other products will be billed at the time of purchase. The billing period may differ depending on the product. Please confirm the details when signing up for such products.

Costs other than the fee to use our service:

For the DAZN GLOBAL, DAZN STANDARD monthly plan and Courtside 1891 monthly plan, National League TV monthly plan, European League of Football monthly plan you may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ prior notice in accordance with the method determined by us. If you cancel, you will still be able to use the service for 30 days.
For the DAZN STANDARD annual plan, DAZN BASEBALL, NFL GAME PASS Season Pro, Season Pro Ultimate and Courtside 1891 annual plan (Pay Now), European League of Football annual plan, NHL TV Season Pass Ultimate、Season Pass and Monthly Ultimate、Monthly, if you complete the cancellation procedure during the minimum initial term, the cancellation will be made after the end of the minimum initial term, and you will be required to pay the subscription fee for the minimum initial term. In this case, you can watch the service during the minimum initial term.
The fee already paid will not be reimbursed (no refunds on a prorated basis can be made).
For the NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro, European League of Football Weekly Pass you cannot cancel your subscription.
In addition, some products cannot be cancelled or terminated after purchase. Please confirm details when signing up for such products. In this case, we will not refund any fees already paid (no refunds on a prorated basis can be made).
Please note that due to the nature of the service, returns cannot be made.
