Existing DAZN Users / New DAZN Subscribers.
- If you have previously purchased and used a DAZN Annual Pass and are not one of the following (listed below), you can continue to use your existing account. (There is no need to cancel your subscription.)
- If you purchase a new Annual Pass while using a previously purchased pass, the new code will be applied continuously after the current subscription period ends, extending your subscription period. You can add a code from My Account in DAZN without waiting for the current subscription period to end, so there is no need to cancel your subscription. Please also see this page if you plan to apply codes continuously.
Please note that viewing codes cannot be used by the following customers (listed below):
- Customers using the DAZN Standard Annual Plan (monthly payments), DAZN Baseball, or DAZN Global.
- Customers who have paused their DAZN subscription.
- Customers paying through the Apple App Store*.
- Customers paying through Amazon IAP (in-app purchases)*.
- Customers paying through Google Play In-app purchases*.
- Customers with a DAZN for docomo subscription.
- Customers with a special discount plan from SoftBank.
- Customers paying through carrier billing/smartphone payments.
- Customers paying through a cable service provider.
- Customers with a DAZN subscription combined with an au or UQ mobile smartphone.

I lost my DAZN Pass. Can it be re-issued?
Please understand that we cannot re-issue gift codes.
I get an error when I enter a gift code/annual pass and click "Apply."
- If you are currently subscribed using a payment method that corresponds to "Customers who are not eligible for the annual viewing pass (*list above)."
- If you repeatedly enter codes from the Redeem page. Please check this page if you are repeatedly applying codes.
- If the code has already been used.
- If the code is provided by a DAZN outside of Japan.
- If the code has expired.
- If the code's validity period has not yet begun.
- If the code was entered incorrectly (*). *The "letter I (capital letter I), l (lowercase L), and number 1" are sometimes displayed.
- The "letter O (capital letter O) and number 0 (zero)" may be difficult to distinguish.
I would like to cancel my DAZN for docomo subscription and use my annual viewing pass with DAZN.
After canceling your DAZN for docomo subscription, please create a new DAZN account and apply your annual viewing pass to that account. Please refer to here for instructions on how to apply.
Please note that you cannot use the same email address you used for DAZN for docomo for your DAZN account.
Please use another email address you have, or if you do not have one, create a new account with a different email address.
*If you do not have any other email addresses to use, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please create a new email address as a free account (Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) and use that to create a new DAZN account.
*Please note that for current docomo MAX/docomo Point Activity MAX subscribers, this is included in your pricing plan.
Can I purchase a DAZN Pass if I have an existing DAZN account?
Yes. Existing users are eligible to purchase a DAZN Pass.
If you have registered directly to DAZN, you can redeem the DAZN Pass without cancelling your account once.

I purchased an Annual Viewing Pass while on an Annual plan, can I redeem it?
If you are on the Annual Plan (Pay Now) subscription:
- Please register your Annual Pass by clicking "Redeem code" on the "My Account" page.
- The Annual Pass will then be applied from your next billing date.
If you are on the Annual plan (Pay Over Time) subscription:
- As you will not be able to register your Annual Pass, first, please cancel your membership. Thereafter and after your current viewing period ends for your cancelled account, since you will now be able to register your Annual Pass, please register this accordingly to resume viewing on our platform.
- *Annual Pass has an expiration date. Please make sure to check the expiration date and the end date of your Annual Plan viewing period in advance.
How do I redeem my DAZN Pass?
A DAZN Card will be delivered to you from the J-League club you purchased the DAZN Pass through.
The redeemable code will be printed on the backside of this card. Please follow the steps below to redeem your DAZN Pass.
Can I redeem a DAZN Pass if I have redeemed a DAZN Pass in the past?
Yes. Customers who have redeemed a code in the past, will be able to purchase/redeem a new DAZN pass.
If your previous DAZN Pass is still in use, you will still be able to redeem an additional code at any time. The most recent DAZN Pass will take effect after your viewing period ends.

What happens if I do not cancel my subscription after the subscription period expires?
If you would like to continue your subscription, you will automatically be billed based on the card details you entered when you initially registered on the platform.
Can I register multiple codes at the same time?
When registering multiple codes, please make sure to apply the next code after confirming that the code has been applied to your My Account Page (the next payment date will be extended by registering the code).
*If you apply the multiple codes consecutively before one code is registered in your My Account Page, next codes may not be reflected correctly.

I did not use my DAZN Pass. Can I get a refund?
Please understand that we do not perform refunds, even for unused DAZN Passes.
Can I change my payment information while a gift code/annual pass is in effect?
If you signed up for DAZN using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or gift code, you can change it in "My Account."
If you encounter an error when making the change, please contact customer service.
If you would like to use another payment method, please cancel your membership and re-register with your preferred payment method after your subscription period has expired.

If I register my payment method with a credit/debit card or PayPal, will I be charged twice?
Your registered payment card will not be charged during the gift code/annual pass usage period.
Because DAZN automatically renews, if you have not canceled your subscription, your registered payment method will be charged the day after the end of the gift code/annual pass period.
I started watching using a viewing pass, but can I cancel my membership midway through the viewing period or get a refund for the remaining monthly fee?
You can cancel your membership at any time, but even after canceling, you will still be able to enjoy watching until the end of the viewing pass period.
Please note that you cannot cancel your membership or suspend your account during the viewing pass period.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
I was charged the monthly fee despite redeeming a code
Please check that you have successfully redeemed your code via the My Account Page.
If you are charged the monthly fee it is possible that you have not completed redeeming the Annual Pass.

Can I cancel my membership while using a gift code/annual viewing pass?
You can cancel your membership.
Please note that once a gift code/annual viewing pass has been applied, it cannot be canceled or changed, so the remaining viewing period at the time of cancellation cannot be carried over and used when you re-register.
The pause function cannot be used while using a gift code/annual viewing pass.
If you do not wish to continue using the gift code/annual viewing pass after the expiration of the viewing period, please cancel your membership while the gift code/annual viewing pass is still in effect.

What happens to my registered account when the gift code/annual viewing pass period ends?
- If I cancel my membership during the gift code/annual viewing pass period Your membership will be automatically canceled after the gift code/annual viewing pass period ends.
- If I do not cancel my membership during the gift code/annual viewing pass period After the gift code/annual viewing pass period ends, you will be charged using your registered payment information and your membership will automatically continue.
Please note that if you have not registered any payment information other than the gift code/annual viewing pass, your membership will be automatically canceled after the gift code/annual viewing pass period ends.
I started watching after applying for a gift code/annual viewing pass, but if I cancel during the free viewing period, how long will I be able to watch?
