■ Where can I purchase a prepaid card?
Prepaid cards can be purchased at the retail stores listed above.
Please bring the prepaid card to the register and the code will become valid once it is paid for.

■ What types of prepaid cards are available?

There are three types of prepaid cards available for purchase (below).
*The new prices for store sales will be gradually applied after February 14, 2023.
- 1 month: 4,200 yen (tax included)
- 6 months: 25,200 yen (tax included)
- 12 months: 32,000 yen (tax included)

■ How do I redeem a prepaid card?
Please scratch off the label on the back of the prepaid card to reveal the redemption code, and redeem the code by following the steps below:
【 For those registering a new account】
1. Access http://www.dazn.com and select “○○○○”
2. Fill out your registration details and click “Continue”
3. Select “Gift Code” as your payment method, input the code printed on your card, and click “Apply”
4. Click “Continue” on the pop-up banner that appears upon entering your Gift Code.
5. A page where you can register a payment method for when your gift code expires will be displayed.
※If you do not wish to add a payment method, or wish to add it later, you may skip this step.
6. Confirm your registration details, and if there are no issues, click “Start Subscription”
【For existing users】
1. Log-in to your Account page (https://www.dazn.com/en-JP/account/signin)
2. Select “Redeem”
3. Input your DAZN Prepaid Card code and select “Apply”
4. Click “Continue” on the pop-up banner that will appear on the top of the screen
※Codes cannot be cancelled once they are applied
※If you wish to redeem a different code, please select “Enter a different code”
5. Confirm your registration details and if there are no issues, click “Start Subscription”
※Your gift code will take effect the day after your current subscription ends.
※While your gift code is in use, your registered credit/debit card will not be charged.
【 For those with a cancelled account (previously registered to DAZN】
1. Access http://dazn.com/en-JP/redeem
2. Input your code and select “Apply”
3. Click “Continue” on the pop-up banner that will appear at the top of your screen
※Codes cannot be cancelled once they are applied.
※If you wish to redeem a different code, please select “Enter a different code”
4. Enter the login credentials of your cancelled account and click “Continue”
5. Click OK when the “Welcome back” notification banner is displayed.
6. Confirm your registration of your account details, and if there are no issues, click “Start Subscription”

■To register multiple codes
When registering multiple codes, please make sure to apply the next code after confirming that the code has been applied to your My Account Page (the next payment date will be extended by registering the code).
*If you apply the multiple codes consecutively before one code is registered in your My Account Page, next codes may not be reflected correctly.
■ Code redemption period (expiration date)
There is an expiration date printed on the back of your DAZN Prepaid Code. Please be sure to redeem your code before this date, otherwise your code will become invalid.
■ How can I confirm if I successfully redeemed my code?
Please check the “Next Charge Date” section on your My Account page.
If you have successfully redeemed the code, it will be reflected in your next charge date.
