The login method differs depending on your registration (account type). To log in to your DAZN account, please check below and follow the instructions.

How to log in
For computers
- Access DAZN and select ‘Sign-in’ in the top right-hand corner.
- On the login page, enter your registered ‘email address’ and ‘password’ and select ‘SIGN IN’.
- Your login will be completed and you can enjoy watching the video.
For smartphones and tablets
- Open the DAZN app and tap the human-shaped icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select ‘SIGN IN’.
- Select ‘DAZN’ or ‘Continue with DAZN account’.
- Enter your registered ‘email address’ and ‘password’ and select ‘SIGN IN’ or ‘Start watching’.
- Your sign-in has been completed. Enjoy your browsing.
For TVs and other DAZN-compatible external devices
- Open the DAZN app and select ‘Login’.
- Select ‘DAZN’.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your smartphone or other device, or press ‘Sign in with your device’. On the next screen that appears, enter the registered ‘email address’ and ‘password’ respectively and select ‘Start watching’.
- Your login will be completed and you can enjoy watching the video.

Forgot your registered email address?
If you are unable to log in other than the above, please try the following items.

If an error code is generated
When logging in, please check once again that your email address and password are the ones you registered with and that you have entered them correctly. If the login details are different, error code 50-49-401 or 50-049-401 will be displayed. If you have made 10 mistakes in your password, error code 50-00-429 or 50-000-429 will be displayed and you will not be able to try to log in for 15 minutes by our system to protect your account. In this case, please try logging in again after a while. -
If an attempt is made to log out and then log back in (or log in with a new device) after a long period of logging in
If you try to log out and then log back in (or log in with a new device) after being logged in for a long period of time, you may have entered an email address used as another account’ or an ‘email address that has already been unsubscribed ‘ may have been entered and you may not be able to log in. If you are unable to log in, please try entering all possible combinations of email address and password that you have separately and try logging in again.
