*If you have registered as a member using your DAZN for docomo d-account ID and password, please refer to DAZN for docomo.
■Changing your login details (except DAZN for docomo)
1.Press ‘My Account’ from the yellow icon menu at the top right of the viewing screen.
2.Press ‘Edit profile’.
*If your email address is ‘not confirmed’ as shown in the image above, you can change your email address by confirming your email address (authentication process). Withdrawal from membership is possible without verification.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the [How to verify your email address] section at the bottom of the page.
3.Press ‘Edit’ for the item you want to change either the email address / password for.
■If you want to change your email address
1.Enter the email address you wish to change and press the ‘Save’ button.
2. Once the verification process for the new email address has been completed, the change is complete.

■If you want to change your password
1.Enter the current password and the password you want to change.
For passwords, please refer to the following sections.
1. the password must contain the following
l Upper and lower case letters.
l At least one number
l At least 6 characters (8 or more if you want a stronger password).
2. no spaces are allowed in the password
3. we recommend that your email address or name is not the same as your password string.
*If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by pressing ‘Forgot your password?’ to change your password.
2.Press ‘Save password’ to complete the change.
■DAZN for docomo customers
*If you wish to change the information registered in My Account, please see below.
1.Press ‘My Account’ from the yellow icon menu at the top right of the viewing screen.
2.Select ‘View Details’.
3.Click on the [Edit] button of the item you wish to change in the [Name] or [Email address] field and follow the instructions on the screen to make changes to your registration details.
To change your d-account ID or password, please see below or contact DOCOMO directly.
I forgot my d account ID and password.
■How to validate your email address
The verification code is sent to the registered email address and the email address is verified by entering the code in the email received.
- If you do not receive a code, check that it is not in your ‘spam folder’.
- If you still do not receive the code, please check if you can receive the following domains, and if you are filtering these domains, please deactivate them and then re-authenticate from the received email.

If the above does not solve the problem, please check your email address before changing it.
A common example is that the email address is different from the one you have (missing dots, one letter different, etc.).
