Reset your Password
Please follow the steps below to reset your password:
- Please use our password recovery function by following this link
- On the following page please enter your Email Address and click on “Send”
- On the next screen, you will see a notification that a password reset email has been sent to the email address you entered.
- You will receive a notification that we have sent an email to the email address entered. Please check your inbox of your email account for an email from “DAZN support” with the subject “Change your password”. If you cannot find it in your inbox make sure to check your spam folder.
- In your mail from DAZN you will find a “Reset Password” button. Please click this now.
- If you remember your password, you can go straight to the login screen from the same item displayed.
- You will be redirected to a screen where you can enter your new password.
For passwords, please refer to the following section.
1. The password must include the following.
- Upper and lower case alphabetic characters.
- At least one number.
- At least 6 characters (8 or more if you want a stronger password).
2. Spaces are not allowed in the password.
3. We recommend that your email address or name is set up in such a way that your password string is not the same as your email address or name.
You will need to verify your password to make sure there is no typo in your password. Once you have selected and entered your new password please click on “Change Password”
Once you have changed your password you can use your new password to sign in to DAZN
