It is frustrating to see a purchase not show up, especially when you have already paid for the PPV. 

This usually happens when your TV is logged in with a different email address than the one used to buy the PPV. This can sometimes happen if features like Hide your email (Apple Private Relay) are enabled. 

Here’s how to fix it:

• On your phone, open DAZN and tap your profile icon to check the email you’re signed in with.
• On your TV, go to your profile and check the email there too.
• If the emails don’t match, log out on your TV and log back in using the same email as your phone.
• Once both devices are using the same account, your purchase should be available straight away.

If you are unable to watch the event live, a video-on-demand (VOD) replay will be available within 4 hours of the event ending. Once available, you can watch and re-watch the event as many times as you like for up to 7 days.

If an event is already in progress, select the event tile and choose Join Live to watch in real time, or Watch from Start to start from the beginning of the broadcast.

Yes, you can buy and watch the PPV while travelling abroad. Just sign in to your DAZN account and follow the purchase steps to access the event.

• Sign in to DAZN using a web browser.
• Go to My Account.
• Purchase the PPV event.
• Start streaming once your purchase is complete.

If you are new to DAZN:

• Visit dazn.com and select Sign Up.
• Choose a subscription plan and add the PPV event.
• Complete your payment.
• Start watching on your laptop, mobile device, or web browser.

If you are an existing DAZN customer, you can buy and watch the PPV on supported apps and devices through an in-app purchase. Payments can be made via Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, Amazon In-App Purchase, or Roku Pay, depending on your device.
