Terms of Use of Interactive Features

Conditions Effective from 10 June 2026

Introduction and definitions

1. DAZN Limited (“DAZN”, “we”, “our”) may from time to time make available features that allow account holders (“Users”, “you”) to create, expand, publish or share content (“User Content”), interact with programming or other elements of the DAZN Services, or interact with the User Content of other users on the DAZN Services (collectively, “Interactive Features”).
2. These Terms of use of the Interactive Features (“Interactive Features Terms”) supplement the Terms of Use of the DAZN Service and DAZN Plans and govern the user’s use of any Interactive Feature. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Use of the DAZN Service and DAZN Plans shall prevail.
3. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with these Interactive Features Terms, as well as to comply with all applicable local, national and international laws when using any part of the DAZN Services.

Eligibility and access

4. By using the Interactive Features, the user confirms that they meet the age requirements set out in the Terms of Use of the DAZN Service and DAZN Plans.
5. Your DAZN account is personal and you are responsible for any action carried out through it. The Interactive Features are free of charge, ancillary to the DAZN Services and do not form part of your subscription.

Identity and public profiles

6. All information you choose to provide to create your profile on DAZN, such as display name, avatar or favourite team, may be accessible to other Users. Your profile may also show additional information about your use of DAZN, such as status updates and your participation in public community forums. We will not display your email address, your exact location, payment history, subscription details or other personal information.
7. To protect your privacy, you are encouraged to use a pseudonym as your display name. You must not upload any personally identifying information when using an Interactive Feature. This includes, by way of example and not limitation, your real name, address, email address, banking details or any other information that could allow another User to identify you.
8. You must not impersonate anyone else, claim an identity you do not have, or use names, images or marks that you do not have the right to use.
9. We reserve the right to revoke or modify a username that infringes the rights of others, is misleading or violates these Interactive Features Terms.

Prohibited behaviours

10. When using the Interactive Features, it is not permitted to:

    10.1. use the Interactive Features in an illegal manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way inconsistent with these Interactive Features Terms, the Community Guidelines or the applicable Terms and Conditions of the DAZN Services;

    10.2. engage in any of the following activities:

    10.2.1. phishing or fraud against others, spreading malware, viruses or inappropriate or harmful content;

    10.2.2. spreading incorrect information (such as pretending to be in distress, publishing misleading metadata or intentionally misrepresenting content);

    10.2.3. selling or sharing user accounts, or attempting to obtain unauthorised access, circumvent, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the DAZN Services or any server, computer or database connected to the DAZN Services;

    10.2.4. monitoring or copying any material on the DAZN Services, including data mining, data harvesting, data extraction or any similar activity;

    10.2.5. promoting terrorism or sharing terrorist content;

    10.2.6. being obscene, offensive, sexist, defamatory or racist, or promoting or inciting hatred or physical harm towards anyone;

    10.2.7. sharing content that may reveal personal information about yourself or another User or their private property;

    10.2.8. streaming, retransmitting, disseminating, transmitting or otherwise enabling the distribution of any DAZN content or any other third-party content for which you do not have the necessary distribution rights;

    10.2.9. sharing content that constitutes repetitive and unwanted messages, or spam;

    10.2.10. sharing confidential information of third parties;

    10.2.11. publishing, sharing or directing others to unauthorised streams, pirated content, piracy devices or services, or instructions aimed at facilitating access thereto;

    10.2.12. undermining sporting integrity, including match manipulation or fixing, the trading of insider information, or the sharing or requesting of real-time data obtained through prohibited means;

    10.2.13. publishing betting tips, odds or other gambling advice, or coordinating or promoting ticket resale or touting;

    10.2.14. using the Interactive Features for commercial purposes, including advertising, promotions, affiliate codes, sponsorships, endorsements or other self-promotion, without our prior written approval;

    10.2.15. posting external third-party links in posts or chats, or using obscured or indirect methods to direct users outside the DAZN Services, including link shorteners, spacing or bracketing of a URL, or writing instructions that guide users to destinations outside the platform (this does not limit DAZN platform sharing features that we may provide from time to time).

User Content and responsibility

11. The use of the Interactive Features and any User Content created, published or shared on the DAZN Services must comply with our Community Guidelines.
12. The user warrants that they own or have the necessary rights to publish any User Content and that such User Content does not infringe the rights of any other party.
13. You grant DAZN a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the DAZN Services and DAZN’s related products and services. This licence remains in force for as long as your User Content remains on the DAZN Services and for a reasonable period thereafter, in order to allow technical removal.
14. The licence granted above includes the right to grant sublicences to DAZN affiliates, service providers and partners solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the DAZN Services.
15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees not to assert any moral rights or similar rights they may have in their User Content against the reasonable exercise by DAZN of the licence granted above. The user consents to DAZN’s use of their username, avatar and publicly available profile information in connection with their User Content and DAZN’s services and marketing activities.
16. To allow your continued participation, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use your User Content in the normal operation of the DAZN Services.
17. The user does not acquire any rights in DAZN content or in the User Content of other users and must not copy, download, distribute, modify or reuse such content without authorisation.
18. We do not guarantee any form of confidentiality in relation to User Content shared by any user. The user shall be solely responsible for their own User Content and the consequences arising from interaction with other users’ User Content.
19. We do not endorse or approve any content, opinion, recommendation or advice shared on the DAZN Services. Although we use a combination of automated systems and human review to help keep the Interactive Features safe, our liability for User Content or for your use of the Interactive Features is limited to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to our intentional acts or gross negligence, to personal injury or death, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. To the extent that the user is responsible, they shall fully indemnify us for the reasonable losses incurred by us as a result of their intentional or negligent breach of these Interactive Features Terms, or of a claim by third parties that their User Content infringes their rights or has been published unlawfully, or in breach of these Interactive Features Terms. This does not apply to losses caused by circumstances beyond their control or by actions of DAZN.

Moderation and enforcement

21. We reserve the right to remove content identified as contrary to these Interactive Features Terms or to limit or temporarily suspend, or remove your ability to use the Interactive Features for any behaviour we consider contrary to these Interactive Features Terms or applicable law. Where we take action against you, we will do so in proportion to the seriousness of the behaviour and we will inform you where we remove your User Content or take any other enforcement action against you. Any attempt to circumvent a suspension using other accounts may result in further suspension or termination of the Services.
22. We may assess risks relating to illegal content and implement measures to reduce the presence and spread of unlawful, inappropriate or non-compliant User Content, including removal where we become aware of such content.
23. If you have a complaint regarding a content decision or behaviour on the DAZN Services, please contact us via the Help Centre. Further details on complaint handling will be provided in the Help Centre. For users in the EU, out-of-court dispute resolution options may be available under applicable legislation once designated bodies are established.

Reporting issues

24. If you believe there is abusive or unacceptable behaviour on the DAZN Services, please report it using the Help Centre web form or in-service reporting tools where available.

25. Where we receive or become aware of abusive or unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to:

    25.1. remove the relevant User Content from the DAZN Services;

    25.2. remove, suspend or mute a User; and/or

    25.3. block and unblock any User.

26. We may immediately limit access to or close an Interactive Feature for a User or group of Users if we have reasonable grounds to believe that one or more Users are breaching these Interactive Features Terms and in order to protect the security or operation of the DAZN Services.

Privacy

27. Any personal information you provide shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, how and why we collect, store, use and share it, your rights and how to contact us and supervisory authorities.
28. We retain User Content and related moderation logs for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including operating and improving our services, enforcing our terms, complying with the law and protecting DAZN and other users, and as otherwise provided in our Privacy Policy.

Digital Services Act (EU users)

The following applies where the EU Digital Services Act applies:

29. We use automated systems and human review to moderate content and provide mechanisms to report potentially illegal content. Details are available in the Help Centre.
30. Where required, we will provide reasons when we restrict or remove content or suspend accounts.
31. We operate an internal complaint system for EU users. Complaints may be submitted within six (6) months via the Help Centre and will be handled promptly and fairly.

Changes, governing law and legal rights

32. We may update these Interactive Features Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on the DAZN Services.
33. These Interactive Features Terms shall be governed exclusively by Italian law, including consumer protection rules. Any dispute shall fall under Italian jurisdiction, before the competent consumer court, subject to prior out-of-court resolution procedures such as AGCOM Conciliaweb.
34. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
