General Terms and Conditions valid from 18 April 2026

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the specific conditions for the purchase by a DAZN user of the “Match Day Pass” option (the “Option”).
For anything not expressly provided for herein, the Option is governed by the “DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use” and the “DAZN Service Charter”, which are hereby incorporated by reference.1.2 All definitions set out in the “DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use” remain valid for the purposes of these Terms.
In the event of a conflict between the “DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use” and these Terms, the latter shall prevail.Subject and Activation of the Option
2.1 The “Match Day Pass” Option may be purchased:
- by users with the following active paid DAZN Plans: “Goal” and “MyClubPass” (“Compatible DAZN Plans”), and grants access live and on demand to respectively 10 (ten), an additional 7 (seven), and an additional 9 (nine) matches of a specific match day of the Serie A Football Championship (including so‑called highlights) out of the 38 scheduled in each Sports Season, as well as the editorial content “Zona Serie A Enilive”.
- by users who have a valid DAZN account but do not have an active paid DAZN Plan at the time of purchase, and grants access live and on demand to 10 (ten) matches of a specific match day of the Serie A Football Championship (including highlights) out of the 38 scheduled in each Sports Season, as well as the editorial content “Zona Serie A Enilive”.
- 2.2 DAZN may modify the list of Compatible DAZN Plans for which the Option may be purchased and/or introduce promotional offers.
2.3 The user may purchase the Option, after logging in, through the sales channels (“touchpoints”) made available by DAZN (by way of example and not limitation, the “My Account” section), or, where applicable, through sales channels of third‑party partners authorised by DAZN.
In the latter case, the user must have accepted the contractual and commercial terms of the third‑party partner, and Articles 3 and 4 of these Terms shall not apply.2.4 Where the user has previously requested cancellation of one of the Compatible DAZN Plans prior to activation of the Option, the activation of the Option shall not be affected, as it may be subscribed to up until the date on which the requested cancellation becomes effective.
In such cases, the user may use the Option without an active Compatible DAZN Plan.Payments
3.1 Each Option is subject to a one‑time payment, which will be charged at the time of subscription using a valid Payment Method among those accepted by DAZN, excluding prepaid codes.
3.2 Pursuant to Article 5.3 of the “DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use”, the user confirms that they are the holder of the Payment Method or are authorised to use it by the cardholder or account holder.
All accounts and Payment Methods are subject to authorisation and validity checks by the relevant provider. If the Payment Method used is declined, access to the content included in the Option will not be granted.Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the content included in the Option, the service is activated immediately and made available for use.
Accordingly, DAZN relies on the exception provided for under Article 59(1) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (“Consumer Code”), which excludes the right of withdrawal for service contracts whose performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acceptance of immediate activation and execution of the service, thereby waiving the right to withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion.
Postponement of One or More Matches of the Purchased Match Day
In the event that one or more Serie A Football Championship matches included in the match day purchased by the user are postponed, the user shall be entitled to access and view such match(es) when they are eventually played.
Compensation
In the cases provided for by AGCOM Resolution No. 74/24/CONS, the customer shall be entitled to request compensation in accordance with the procedures described in the DAZN Service Charter.
