Terms effective as of 24 November 2025
Reference
1.1 These Terms (“Terms”) govern the specific conditions for the subscription by a DAZN customer to the additional option “2nd Network Location” (hereinafter, the “Option”). For any matters not expressly provided for herein, the Option is governed by the “DAZN Service and DAZN Plans Terms of Use” and the “DAZN Service Charter”, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
1.2 All definitions set out in the “DAZN Service and DAZN Plans Terms of Use” shall apply to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the “DAZN Service and DAZN Plans Terms of Use”, these Terms shall prevail.
Subject Matter, Activation and Duration of the Option
2.1 The Option entitles the user to simultaneous access to live and on‑demand streaming of the content included in their DAZN Plan from an additional IP address, increasing the maximum number of IP addresses usable by the account to two.
2.2 The Option may be subscribed to by users holding the “Full” DAZN Plan with direct payment to DAZN (“Compatible DAZN Plan(s)”). DAZN may amend the list of Compatible DAZN Plans and/or run promotional offers.
2.3 The user may subscribe to the Option, after logging in, via the touchpoints made available by DAZN (by way of example and not limitation, the “My Account” section or pop‑ups displayed on devices compatible with the DAZN application).
2.4 The Option has a monthly duration and will automatically renew each month unless deactivated in accordance with Article 5 below.
2.5 The renewal date of the Option may be viewed in the personal “My Account” area on the DAZN website.
Payments
3.1 The “2nd Network Location” Option is subject to payment of a monthly fee, which will be charged in advance each month on the calendar day corresponding to the billing date of the Compatible DAZN Plan. For the first month, a pro‑rata charge will apply for any days between the activation date and the billing date.
3.2 The monthly fee will be charged to the same Payment Method used for the Compatible DAZN Plan. If the Compatible DAZN Plan was activated using a code or prepaid card, the user must select a new Payment Method from those made available by DAZN in order to subscribe to the Option.
3.3 Pursuant to Article 5.3 of the “DAZN Service and DAZN Plans Terms of Use”, the user confirms that they are the holder of the Payment Method or are authorised to use it by the cardholder or account holder. All accounts and Payment Methods are subject to authorisation and validity checks by the relevant provider. If the Payment Method is declined, access to the content included in the Option will not be permitted.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
4.1 Due to the nature of the content included in the Option, the service is activated and made available for use immediately. Accordingly, DAZN relies on the exception provided for under Article 59(1) of Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (“Consumer Code”), which excludes the right of withdrawal for service contracts whose performance has begun with the user’s express consent and acceptance of immediate activation and commencement of the service, thereby waiving the right to withdraw within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Deactivation of the Option
5.1 The user may request deactivation of the Option at any time. Deactivation will take effect on the next billing date, which can be viewed in the “My Account” section.
5.2 Deactivation of the Option may be requested via the “My Account” section or by contacting DAZN customer support.
5.3 Deactivation of the Option does not automatically result in deactivation of the Compatible DAZN Plan, for which termination must be requested in accordance with Article 7 of the “DAZN Service and DAZN Plans Terms of Use”. Termination of the Compatible DAZN Plan does not automatically result in deactivation of the Option; however, in the absence of a specific deactivation request pursuant to Articles 5.1 and 5.2 above, the Option will, solely in these cases, be automatically deactivated on the effective date of termination.
Use
Unless otherwise provided for by specific promotional offers, the user is entitled to use up to a maximum of two devices associated with their account simultaneously, even if not connected to the same home internet network (wired or Wi‑Fi: fibre, xDSL, FWA), in order to access DAZN Services. DAZN reserves the right, subject to prior notice to the user, to set a maximum number per contractual month of times the user may replace devices associated with their account. In accordance with the “DAZN Service and DAZN Plans Terms of Use”, the user acknowledges that login credentials are personal and may not be shared with others. Any breach of this provision constitutes unlawful activity, in respect of which DAZN reserves the right to take all appropriate actions, including claims for damages.
