1. Who We Are
1.1. Good morning and welcome to the world of DAZN. We are a service that offers users access, via streaming, to a wide range of sporting events from around the world on various internetâconnected devices, including TVs, PCs, and other platforms free of charge (âDAZN Serviceâ) or on a paid basis through the subscription to specific tariff plans (âDAZN Plan(s)â, jointly also referred to as the âDAZN Servicesâ). To enhance the userâs enjoyment of the DAZN Services, suggestions will also be provided relating to events the user may be interested in, as well as other information.
1.2. The DAZN Services are provided by DAZN Limited (âWeâ, âDAZNâ). DAZN Limited is a company of the DAZN Group, incorporated and governed under English law, having its registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP, United Kingdom, and its secondary office at Piazza della Repubblica 16, 20124 Milan. We are solely responsible for providing the DAZN Services and for the related application, without prejudice to the responsibilities of third parties who, on the basis of agreements with DAZN, provide certain services directly, other than the DAZN Services (for example, payment services).
1.3. DAZN guarantees usersâ rights to adequate and transparent information as expressly provided by the Service Charter, which is to be considered fully incorporated into these Conditions of Use.
2. Main Conditions of Use
2.1. We offer an online video streaming service of sporting events (both live and on demand), sports news, and other related content, the composition and availability of which may vary over time (collectively, the âContentâ). The Content is normally subject to certain limitations (including, by way of example, territorial restrictions).
2.2. A user who has subscribed to a DAZN Plan in Italy, indicating a valid and recurring payment method â such as a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay â linked to their account, may enjoy the same Content included in the DAZN Plan even when temporarily located in other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). To verify whether the chosen DAZN Plan includes EU portability (EU Regulation 2017/1128), the user must check the details of the selected DAZN Plan in the âMy Accountâ section:

2.3. Before activating the DAZN Services, the user is invited to read these Contractual Conditions of Use (âConditionsâ). We emphasize that any offer, promotion, or discount the user may receive may be subject to additional contractual terms that replace or supplement these Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Conditions and the additional terms, the latter shall prevail.
2.4. We may make changes to these Conditions, for example due to changes aimed at ensuring better functionality, new technical and/or economic needs, modifications to commercial policies and/or technical changes to the platform, market changes, or the need to address security issues, including abusive and/or fraudulent activities. Any changes will be notified to the user by email to the most recent address in our possession. Changes to payment terms will also be communicated in the same manner. These communications will clearly state the changes, which shall become valid 30 (thirty) days after notification, together with the reasons; the user may withdraw from their contract without penalties within 60 (sixty) days of the notification if they do not accept the proposed changes, in accordance with Art. 5.9 of these Conditions. In the absence of such notice of withdrawal within the stated deadline, the contractual changes will be considered accepted.
By way of derogation from the above, changes made to comply with legislation, regulatory changes, instructions issued by institutions or public authorities, or changes required to adjust the offer due to modifications to agreements with sports rights holders, as well as changes made exclusively to improve the user experience, may take immediate effect and shall not require the aboveâmentioned prior notice.
2.5. The DAZN Services and all Content viewed through them are for personal and nonâcommercial use only. Activating the DAZN Services grants the user a limited, nonâexclusive, nonâtransferable license to access and view the Content solely on a streaming basis. Except for this limited license, no rights, interests, or ownership are transferred to the user. The user agrees not to use the DAZN Services to enable public viewing.
2.6. Subscription to any DAZN Plan is subject to authorization by the respective supported payment service provider for all payments due, or to the validity of any promotional code used by the user. Payments will be managed by a payment service provider located within the European Union.
2.7. The user accepts that DAZN may share information with thirdâparty rights holders regarding the Content viewed by the user while using the DAZN Services. Such information will be shared on an anonymized basis.
2.8. We may terminate the contract with the user at any time by written notice via email at least 60 (sixty) days before the expiration of the current DAZN Plan. This does not affect our right to terminate for cause under Art. 7.2. In the event of termination for reasons other than the user's breach, the user may be entitled to a refund of amounts paid for unutilized portions of the DAZN Plan.
3. Duration
3.1. Without prejudice to Art. 7 (Withdrawal), for annual DAZN Plans, the duration is 1 (one) year from activation, with automatic yearly renewal unless withdrawal is communicated in accordance with Art. 7 below.
3.2. For monthly DAZN Plans, the contract will have a monthly duration starting from activation and will automatically renew each month unless withdrawn under Art. 7.
3.3. The user may check the renewal date of their DAZN Plan by accessing the âMy Accountâ area of the DAZN website. For annual plans, DAZN will notify the user of the approaching expiration at least 30 days in advance.
4. Free Trial Period and Free Content
4.1. If the user benefits from an offer including a free trial period of the DAZN Plan, such free trial period will be specified during the relevant subscription procedure and, during such period, provided the required consents have been duly granted, the user may receive offers and discounts relating to DAZN Plans.
4.2. At the end of the free trial period, and if the user has not cancelled the DAZN Plan referred to in the previous paragraph before such end date, the monthly or annual amount of the DAZN Plan will be charged to the payment method selected by the user. To view the monthly and/or annual cost of the DAZN Plan and the expiration date of the free trial period, visit the website and click on the âMy Accountâ page. If the DAZN Plan was subscribed using the userâs account but indicating a third party as the payment method, cancellation may be required in accordance with Article 7.6.
4.3. DAZN reserves the right to provide free offers for selected content to users of the DAZN Service, including, by way of example, Serie A and/or Serie B matches, which will be selected at DAZNâs sole discretion â up to five Serie A matches per Championship and one Serie B match per matchday of the relevant Championship.
4.4. DAZN may carry out promotional offers relating to the DAZN Plan chosen by the user covering, by way of example and not limitation, the economic conditions of the offer or possible combinations with other content and/or thirdâparty services.
5. Economic Aspects
5.1. Activation of the DAZN Services only provides access to such services. Costs relating to the telephone line and other possible communication or access costs will be charged separately by the userâs ISP or electronic communication service provider. All our prices include taxes (VAT) according to the rates in force at any given time.
5.2. The DAZN Plan may be of monthly duration, requiring advance payment of the full monthly amount at the time of activation, or annual; in the latter case, depending on the options offered by DAZN, the following payment methods may be provided:
⢠Annual with advance payment in a single instalment at activation;
⢠Annual with payment in 12 monthly instalments payable in advance or offered in promotion under specific conditions (DAZN Plans no longer available as of January 3, 2024).
The user shall also be required to pay for any additional options subscribed to, under the terms and methods set in the applicable specific conditions.
5.3. Payments must be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any other accepted, valid and current payment method, including supported thirdâparty payment providers (âPayment Methodâ). The user confirms that they are the holder of the Payment Method used, or that they have authorization from the card or account holder. All accounts and Payment Methods are subject to authorization and validity checks by the relevant provider. If the Payment Method is declined, access to the Content included in the DAZN Plan will not be permitted until the user provides a valid Payment Method approved by DAZN. For certain Payment Methods the issuer may charge costs (e.g., currency transaction fees or processing fees). Applicable tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Users are invited to check details with their Payment Method provider.
5.4. We reserve the right to refuse payments in accordance with applicable law.
5.5. The amount due for use of the DAZN Plan will be charged, depending on the userâs chosen payment method at subscription, monthly or annually, on the calendar day corresponding to the date of activation of the service or as otherwise specified by the Payment Method issuer. In some cases, the charge date may vary (e.g., where the activation day does not fall within the following month). Payment will be processed using a secure platform.
5.6. Upon request of the user who has subscribed to a DAZN Plan, invoices shall be sent to the email address most recently provided to us.
5.7. In the event of late payment by the user, DAZN reserves the right to suspend the service. The service may only be reâactivated once DAZN has verified payment of all outstanding amounts.
5.8. It is possible to view the next payment date and change the payment method by accessing the âMy Accountâ section on the website. If the DAZN Plan has been subscribed using a thirdâparty account as the Payment Method, it may be necessary to access such thirdâparty account to view payment information and modify the Payment Method.
5.9. Without prejudice to Art. 2.4., DAZN reserves the right to modify the price of DAZN Plans. Such price changes will be notified to the user by email to the most recent address in our possession. These communications will clearly indicate the increases and specify a period of 60 (sixty) days within which the user may withdraw from the contract without penalties or deactivation costs if they do not wish to accept the proposed price changes. These changes will take effect 30 (thirty) days after notification or on another date indicated by DAZN but in any event not before the aforementioned 30 days. If the user communicates withdrawal after the 31st day â meaning after the economic changes have come into effect â DAZN will not refund the amount charged for the period between the 31st day and the effective withdrawal date, in accordance with Art. 7.2. In the absence of withdrawal within the above period, such changes shall be deemed accepted.
5.10. For monthly DAZN Plans with certain Payment Methods, the user may be offered the possibility of pausing the DAZN Plan for a limited period indicated in the âMy Accountâ page. The pause period will begin on the first billing date following the pause request. If paused, the service will automatically reactivate at the end of the suspension period indicated on the âMy Accountâ page. Upon reactivation, the user will be charged the due amount according to their DAZN Plan on the same billing date, which shall remain unchanged.
If the user decides to reactivate the service before the end of the suspension period, the cost of the chosen DAZN Plan will be charged automatically on the reactivation day, which will from that moment become the periodic billing date.
5.11. If âKlarna Pay in 3 instalmentsâ is among the available Payment Methods and the user selects it by accepting its relevant terms and conditions, the DAZN Plan contract will last 12 months from the activation date and, unless withdrawn, will renew annually under Klarnaâs payment terms. If the user, before the 12âmonth expiry, updates the Payment Method by selecting an option other than âKlarna Pay in 3 instalments,â the contract will be tacitly renewed annually, unless withdrawn, and the renewal amount will be charged to the new Payment Method selected.
6. Methods of Contract Conclusion
6.1. If DAZN Services are requested through the DAZN website or DAZN App, the Services will be activated following the provision of a valid and recurring Payment Method among those available at subscription (such as credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and confirmation of payment.
6.2. If DAZN Services are requested by telephone, the contract is deemed concluded at the moment the DAZN Services are activated once the telephone instructions provided by the operator have been followed and upon the provision of a valid and recurring Payment Method among those available at subscription (such as credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and confirmation of payment.
7. Withdrawal by the User
7.1. The user may withdraw from the DAZN Plan by logging into the DAZN platform in the âMy Accountâ section and clicking the option indicated for this purpose, or by contacting DAZN customer service using the contacts described in Article 15 and communicated by DAZN, for example, on its website. The withdrawal request may be submitted at any time prior to the Planâs expiration following the procedures described below.
7.2. Withdrawal from the monthly DAZN Plan must be made with 30 daysâ notice prior to the next billing date, which can be consulted in the âMy Accountâ section of the DAZN website. Therefore, on the next scheduled billing date, the user will be charged an amount corresponding to any missing notice days out of the required 30. The user will continue to benefit from the DAZN Service until the end of the notice period.
7.3. For the annual DAZN Plan with a single upfront payment, withdrawal becomes effective at the natural expiry date of the contract. From the date of withdrawal request until such expiry, the user may continue using the service, it being understood that DAZN will not refund the amount charged for the remaining period.
7.4. For the annual DAZN Plan with payment in 12 instalments, withdrawal becomes effective at the natural expiry date. From the date of withdrawal notification until expiry, the user may continue using the service and shall remain obligated to pay the remaining monthly instalments.
7.5. For the annual DAZN Plan with promotional instalment payment (subscribable until January 3, 2024), withdrawal shall be subject to the conditions available at the following link: Trasparenza tariffaria offerte 2024.
7.6. If the user subscribed to the DAZN Plan through thirdâparty partners (e.g., Apple, TIM) and wishes to withdraw, they must follow the partnerâs procedures in accordance with that partnerâs conditions, thereby simultaneously terminating the DAZN Plan through such third party.
8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
8.1. DAZN offers Content which, by its nature, allows for the immediate activation of the service and the related DAZN Plan. In this regard, unless otherwise provided, DAZN relies on the exception regime under Article 59, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (âConsumer Codeâ), concerning the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for service contracts where performance has begun with the userâs express agreement and acceptance to proceed with the activation and commencement of the service, thereby waiving the right to withdraw within the first 14 days from the contract subscription.
9. Technical Requirements
9.1. It is the userâs responsibility to ensure possession and maintenance of the hardware and software necessary for accessing, receiving, and viewing the DAZN Services.
9.2. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the DAZN Services are always available. However, the DAZN Services are provided âas is,â without additional guarantees, and therefore â without prejudice to Articles 9.4 and 14 below â we cannot be held responsible toward the user due to, for example, the cancellation or interruption of an event, failure to transmit an advertised event, or the userâs inability to view an event on a specific platform device due to circumstances not attributable to DAZN.
9.3. From time to time we may need to suspend the DAZN Services to perform maintenance or updates, which in any event will be communicated in advance to customers or carried out at times that do not prejudice service availability. We will strive to minimize such suspensions. We are committed to providing the DAZN Services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and subject to Article 14, we make no further representations or warranties. This does not affect any consumer right provided under applicable law. DAZN â and not any thirdâparty payment service provider â will be the recipient of any complaints that the user or a third party may have regarding the DAZN Services and/or their use.
9.4. If the user believes they may be entitled to a refund, they must follow the procedure outlined in the DAZN Service Charter available on the DAZN website, or contact us through the âContact Usâ option on the DAZN website or App. If the user purchased DAZN through thirdâparty partners (e.g., Apple, TIM), the user must follow the refund procedure indicated by the partner used for the purchase.
9.5. The quality of streaming of sporting events may vary depending on the device and may be affected by various factors, such as the userâs location, available bandwidth, and/or internet connection speed.
9.6. The minimum recommended download speed depends on the type of device used, as described at:

Users are advised to check with their internet provider for possible data usage costs.
9.7. The streaming software used to offer DAZN Services may vary depending on the device and medium, and functionality may differ from one device to another. The user acknowledges that the use of the DAZN Services may require thirdâparty software subject to their respective licenses.
10. Use of DAZN Services
10.1. We own or are licensees of all intellectual property rights relating to the DAZN Services (including all Content). All materials, including design, text, software, graphics, images, and videos received by the user (and any selections or reâelaborations thereof) are subject to our copyright and/or that of others. If a third party claims that the DAZN Services or the userâs use of them infringes intellectual property rights, we â and not a thirdâparty payment provider â will be solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and resolution of such claim.
The user undertakes to:
10.1.1. use the DAZN Services exclusively for nonâcommercial purposes, without deriving any financial or other form of gain, and not to allow other individuals to use the DAZN Services, except members residing within their household. The user may not request payment for viewing the DAZN Services, nor use the DAZN Services to attract others to purchase products (their own or thirdâparty) or to access specific premises;
10.1.2. view DAZN Services only through authorized devices as provided in Article 10.3. Passwords must be kept secure and, together with other access codes, must not be shared or made accessible to others. The user acknowledges that sharing passwords and/or access codes for the purpose of allowing unauthorized thirdâparty access constitutes unlawful and fraudulent activity, for which DAZN reserves all rights, including damages;
10.1.3. not copy, record, or store all or any part of the DAZN Services (except where expressly permitted via application functionality), nor divert, reâshare, retransmit, stream, or otherwise distribute all or any part of the DAZN Services to others, nor authorize, enable, or cause others to do any of the foregoing;
10.1.4. not alter, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the DAZN Services;
10.1.5. not view the DAZN Services in circumstances in which the public may view them simultaneously, nor authorize or enable others to do so;
10.1.6. not misuse the DAZN Services or use them for illegal or unauthorized purposes (including, for example, transmitting viruses through the site or using the site in ways that infringe the rights of others).
10.2. We may suspend or block the userâs access to the DAZN Services with immediate effect, or cancel all promotions, offers, or discounts associated with access, where:
10.2.1. there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
10.2.1.1. the userâs use of the DAZN Services is offensive or contrary to the interests of other users;
10.2.1.2. the user has breached these Conditions;
10.2.1.3. such action is required by an Authority.
The user will be informed in advance of such termination, suspension, or cessation where possible, but advance notice may not always be feasible.
10.3. Unless otherwise specified by additional specific offers, the user is entitled to use up to a maximum of two devices simultaneously associated with the userâs account if connected to their home internet network (cable or WiâFi: fiber, xDSL, FWA) to enjoy DAZN Services; in all other cases, the user may use DAZN Services on one device only. DAZN reserves the right, with prior notice to the user, to set a monthly limit on the number of times devices associated with the userâs account may be changed. Pursuant to Article 10.1.2, the user accepts that login credentials are unique and must not be shared; any violation constitutes an unlawful activity and DAZN reserves all rights, including damages. Credentials may be updated at any time through the âMy Accountâ section of the DAZN website.
11. Protection of User Security
11.1. It is important to always access accountârelated information by logging directly into the DAZN Services, not through hyperlinks in emails or other electronic communications from third parties, even if such communications appear to be from DAZN.
11.2. Particular attention must be paid to communications requesting credit card information, account details, and/or personal data; such requests may constitute identity theft attempts.
12. Age Limits
12.1. To use the DAZN Services, the user must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in the userâs country of residence.
13. Indemnities
13.1. The user undertakes to fully indemnify us for any damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) incurred by us as a result of:
13.1.1. false statements, actions, or omissions, whether intentional or negligent, made by the user in relation to their use of the DAZN Services;
13.1.2. intentional or negligent breach by the user of one or more provisions of these Conditions;
13.1.3. claims brought by third parties arising from or related to intentional or negligent access to the DAZN Services by the user in a manner that is not compliant with these Conditions.
13.2. The indemnification in Article 13.1 also includes liabilities owed to our affiliates or licensors (or licensors of our affiliates) â including their affiliates â arising from any of the events described in Articles 13.1.1 and 13.1.2.
14. Liability
14.1. The DAZN Services are provided âas is.â We (including our sportsâevent licensors) shall not be liable to the user or any third party in the event of any (total or partial) delay, malfunction, suspension, interruption, and/or unavailability (âUnavailabilityâ) in delivering the DAZN Services due to:
⢠force majeure or unforeseen events;
⢠tampering or unlawful interventions by third parties on services or equipment we use;
⢠tampering or interventions on equipment belonging to the user;
⢠incorrect use of the DAZN Services by the user;
⢠malfunctioning or misconfigurations of the userâs equipment;
⢠unavailability, insufficient bandwidth, or inadequate connection speed (including the userâs internet service).
Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the userâs failure to comply with obligations under these Conditions.
14.2. If the DAZN Services contain links to websites and resources provided by third parties, we do not control such websites, resources, or services. The use of these thirdâparty websites and services is subject to their respective contractual terms and privacy policies. We disclaim any liability regarding such content or for any losses or damages arising from their use.
14.3. Comments and other materials posted on the DAZN Services are not intended as advice upon which reliance should be placed. We disclaim any liability arising from reliance placed on such materials by users of the DAZN Service or by anyone who becomes aware of such content.
15. Contacts
15.1. The user may contact us for technical support, to make a complaint, or for any other reason by calling 0282958308, by writing to an operator via chat on the DAZN website or DAZN app, or by sending an email to help@dazn.com. Information is also available in the âGuideâ section of the DAZN website or app or via our WhatsApp channel.
The user can consult the list of DAZN support channels and service hours on the DAZN website at any time. To assist the user, we may request the user to provide email, residential address, product details, payment information, and other information necessary to provide support or identify subscribed DAZN Plans.
We â and not the thirdâparty payment service provider â are responsible for all maintenance and support relating to the DAZN Services. DAZN will assign a reference number to the complaint for tracking and will respond within 30 days of receipt.
15.2. The user must promptly notify us of any changes to their personal data by updating them in the âMy Accountâ section of the website or via the app. Any communication from us will be sent to the latest email address we hold. We are not responsible for failure to receive messages sent to the user.
16. ThirdâParty Applications
16.1. The user may use thirdâparty applications (including, for example, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) (âApplicationsâ) that interact with the DAZN Services. The use of such Applications may be subject to the relevant thirdâparty terms of use or license, which the user must comply with. We shall not be held liable in any manner in relation to the terms of such thirdâparty Applications used in connection with the DAZN Services.
17. Force Majeure
17.1. Delays or failure in the delivery of the DAZN Services shall not be attributable to us or to thirdâparty rights holders to the extent that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control or that of such third parties, including, by way of example:
⢠mechanical or electronic equipment failure or communication line failures;
⢠thirdâparty actions (e.g., service blocking, abuse, or misuse of the DAZN Services);
⢠telephone issues or other connection problems;
⢠computer viruses;
⢠unauthorized access;
⢠theft;
⢠internet service provider errors;
⢠fire;
⢠adverse weather conditions, including flooding;
⢠force majeure events;
⢠pandemics;
⢠wars;
⢠riots;
⢠actions or regulations by governmental or supranational authorities;
⢠cancellation or postponement of events.
18. Waiver
18.1. No tolerance of any breach by the user on the part of DAZN or thirdâparty rights holders shall be interpreted as a waiver of any of their rights or legal remedies, nor as tolerance of further breaches of one or more provisions of these Conditions by the user.
19. Assignment
19.1. Without prejudice to the following paragraph of this Article, we may assign, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of our rights and/or obligations under these Conditions without notifying the user or obtaining their consent.
19.2. The user will be notified in the event of the assignment of the existing contract with the user to a third party.
20. Severability
20.1. If any provision of these Conditions is held unlawful or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions.
21. Special Conditions for DAZN Services Accessible Through ThirdâParty Partner Platforms
21.1. In cases where, under specific agreements, the DAZN Services are made available to the user through thirdâparty partner platforms, in order to access such DAZN Services the user must:
⢠have entered into a contract with the thirdâparty partner relating to the use of that partnerâs service/product/platform and accepted the applicable contractual and commercial terms; and
⢠create a DAZN account or, where possible, migrate an existing DAZN account in accordance with the procedures indicated by the thirdâparty partner.
21.2. The use of DAZN Services made available through thirdâparty partner platforms shall be governed by these Conditions of Use of the DAZN Services and DAZN Plans, which shall apply except for the following Articles:
⢠Article 3 âDurationâ;
⢠Article 5.2 (first paragraph), 5.5., 5.6., 5.9. âEconomic Aspectsâ;
⢠Article 6.2 âMethods of Contract Conclusionâ;
⢠Article 8 âExclusion of the Right of Withdrawal.â
22. Special Conditions Applicable to Certain DAZN Plans
The following DAZN Plans are subject to the Articles of the âConditions of Use of the DAZN Services and DAZN Plans,â including the additions and derogations indicated for each specific DAZN Plan.
22.1. DAZN Family Plan (formerly Plus)
For the DAZN Family Plan, Article 10.3 of the Conditions of Use is replaced by the following:
**âThe user, unless otherwise specified by additional specific offers, is entitled to use up to a maximum of two devices simultaneously associated with their account even if not connected to the same home internet network (cable or WiâFi: fiber, xDSL, FWA) to enjoy the DAZN Services.
DAZN reserves the right, with prior communication to the user, to set a maximum monthly number of times the user may replace devices associated with their account with other devices.
Under Article 10.1.2 of the Conditions of Use of the DAZN Services and Plans, the user accepts that login credentials are unique and personal and may not be shared with anyone else; the user acknowledges that any violation constitutes unlawful activity for which DAZN reserves all rights, including damages.
Such credentials may be modified at any time through the âMy Accountâ section of the DAZN website.â**
22.2. DAZN âMyClubPassâ Plan
22.2.1. The user may view the Content included in the âMyClubPassâ Plan on the website www.dazn.com/it.
22.2.2. The MyClubPass Plan entitles the user to watch all matches of the Serie A Championship relating to one single Serie A Club chosen by the user during subscription. The user may not change the selected Club during the contractual term.
22.2.3. The user may switch at any time from MyClubPass to a higher DAZN Plan (Full or Family) by accessing the âMy Accountâ area on DAZN.com or the DAZN App and following the provided instructions.
22.2.4. In the event the selected Club is relegated to Serie B, the user will continue to access all matches played by that Club, as well as other Serie B Championship matches if DAZN holds the broadcasting rights, until the natural expiration of the MyClubPass Plan. In such case, the Plan will not renew automatically, by way of derogation from Article 3.1. DAZN will take all appropriate steps consistent with the mechanism described below.
22.2.5. If, for any reason and/or following sanctions (e.g., bankruptcy, disciplinary sanctions, suspension by Leagues, Federations, or Courts), the selected Club is relegated below Serie B and/or suspended or removed from Italian competitions, the contract shall be terminated automatically, and the user shall be refunded for the unused portion of the amount already paid.
22.3. Special Conditions for DAZN Plans Usable Exclusively Through Smartphones
22.3.1. If one or more DAZN Plans are made available exclusively for use via smartphone (e.g., âDAZN Full Mobileâ), such Plan(s) allow viewing DAZN content only via smartphone (devices classified as âtabletsâ are excluded).
Each smartphoneâonly DAZN Plan may be subscribed by categories of users specified by DAZN (e.g., users without other DAZN Plans including smartphone access, or Freemium users).
The DAZN Full Mobile Plan may also be sold by third parties (e.g. TIM), as provided under Article 23, subject to acceptance of the relevant thirdâparty commercial terms.
22.3.2. Any DAZN Plan made available exclusively for smartphone use does not allow or enable screen sharing, mirroring, casting, or other duplication or transmission technologies toward other devices (e.g., AirPlay, Chromecast, cabled or WiâFi external displays), nor the use on mobile devices other than smartphones.
22.3.3. All rules regarding login credentials under Article 10 of the Conditions apply fully to smartphoneâonly Plans.
22.3.4. For the DAZN Full Mobile Plan, simultaneous playback of DAZN content is allowed on up to two smartphone devices, only when connected under a single IP address.
22.3.5. The DAZN Full Mobile Plan has a monthly duration from activation, with renewal each month unless withdrawn according to Article 7. The right of withdrawal is governed by Article 7.
22.4. Special Conditions for âPayâperâViewâ Events
22.4.1. Users subscribed to a paid DAZN Plan may be granted the option to purchase additional individual content on a payâperâview basis (âpayâperâview eventsâ or âevent(s)â).
22.4.2. The price for the additional event will be indicated during the purchase process and will be charged immediately in full to the userâs Payment Method at the time of purchase. The user acknowledges and accepts that the event may be cancelled for reasons not attributable to DAZN.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
23.1. These Conditions shall be governed by Italian law, including consumer protection rules.
23.2. For any dispute relating to the DAZN Services and/or DAZN Plans and/or these Conditions of Use, jurisdiction shall lie with the Italian courts of the user's place of residence (âforo del consumatoreâ), subject to prior use of applicable outâofâcourt dispute resolution procedures â including those provided by the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM) pursuant to Resolution No. 194/24/CONS, allowing the user to initiate free simplified conciliation procedures via the âConciliawebâ platform at:

DAZN prefers amicable resolution of disputes and invites users to contact DAZN support channels.
