Conditions of Use of the DAZN Service and DAZN Plans – Help Center

Who we are

1.1 Good morning and welcome to the DAZN world. We are a service that offers its users access via streaming to a wide range of sports events from all over the world on a variety of devices equipped with an internet connection, including TVs, PCs and other platforms, free of charge (“DAZN Service”) or for consideration through subscription to specific pricing plans (“DAZN Plan(s)”), jointly also referred to as “DAZN Services”).

In order to improve the enjoyment of the DAZN Services by the user, suggestions relating to events the user might be interested in and other information will also be provided.

1.2 The DAZN Services are provided by DAZN Limited (“We”, “DAZN”). DAZN Limited is a company of the DAZN Group, incorporated and governed by English law, with registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP, United Kingdom, and secondary office at Piazza della Repubblica 16, 20124 Milan.

We are solely responsible for the provision of the DAZN Services and their related application, without prejudice to any liability of third parties that, on the basis of agreements with DAZN, directly provide certain services other than the DAZN Services (for example, payment services).

1.3 DAZN guarantees users’ rights to adequate and transparent information insofar as expressly provided by the Service Charter, which is to be understood as fully incorporated by reference into these terms of use.
Main Conditions of Use

2.1 We provide an online streaming video offering of sports events (both live and on demand), news on sports events and other related content, the composition and availability of which may vary over time (collectively, the “Content”). The Content is normally subject to certain limitations (including, by way of example, territorial limitations).

2.2 A user who has subscribed to a DAZN Plan in Italy, indicating a valid and recurring payment method such as, among others, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, linked to their account, enjoys the same Content of the relevant DAZN Plan even when temporarily located in other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).

To verify whether the subscribed DAZN Plan includes EU portability (EU Regulation 2017/1128), the user must check the details of the chosen DAZN Plan in the “My Account” section.

2.3 Before activating the DAZN Services, the user is invited to read these Contractual Conditions of Use (“Conditions”). We wish to underline that any offer, promotion or discount the user may receive could be subject to additional contractual conditions that replace or supplement these Conditions.
In the event of a conflict between these Conditions and the additional conditions, the latter shall prevail.

2.4 We may make changes to these Conditions, for example, in the event of changes needed to ensure better functionality, due to supervening technical and/or economic requirements, changes in commercial policies and/or technical changes to the platform, changes in market conditions and/or the need to address security needs, including in relation to abusive and/or fraudulent phenomena that have occurred. Any changes will be notified to the user by email to the most recent address in our possession.

Any changes to payment terms will also be communicated directly to the user in the same way.
Such communications will clearly state the changes, which will be valid after thirty (30) days from the communication, as well as the related reason; the user may withdraw from the contract without penalties within sixty (60) days from the communication if they do not intend to accept the proposed contractual changes, in accordance with Article 5.9.

In the absence of such withdrawal communication within the aforementioned term, the contractual changes shall be deemed accepted.

By way of derogation from the above, changes made to comply with the law, regulatory changes, indications from public institutions or authorities, adjustments to the offering resulting from changes in agreements with sports rights holders, and changes exclusively improving the user’s service experience may take immediate effect without prior notice.

2.5 The DAZN Services and all Content viewed through them are for exclusive personal and non‑commercial use.

By activating the DAZN Services, the user obtains a limited, non‑exclusive and non‑transferable licence to access and view the Content exclusively on a streaming basis.

With the exception of this limited licence, no other rights, interests or ownership are transferred.
The user undertakes not to use the DAZN Services to allow public viewing.

2.6 Subscription to a DAZN Plan is subject to authorisation, by the relevant supported payment service provider, of all payments due from time to time or to the validity of any promotional code of the user.

Payments will be handled by a payment service provider located within the European Union.

2.7 The user agrees that DAZN may share information with third‑party rights holders in relation to the Content viewed by the same user during use of the DAZN Services.
Such information will be shared on an anonymous basis.

2.8 We may withdraw from the contract with the user at any time by written notice via email with at least sixty (60) days’ notice prior to the end of the ongoing DAZN Plan.
This does not prejudice termination for just cause under Article 7.2 below.
In the event of withdrawal for reasons other than the user’s contractual breach, the user may be entitled to receive a refund for amounts paid relating to the selected DAZN Plan not yet used.
Duration

3.1 Without prejudice to Article 7 (Withdrawal), in the case of subscription to an annual DAZN Plan, the duration is one (1) year from activation, with automatic annual renewal unless withdrawal is communicated as provided below.

3.2 In the case of activation of a monthly DAZN Plan, the contract lasts one month from activation and renews monthly unless withdrawn.

3.3 The user may know the renewal date by accessing the “My Account” area; for annual plans DAZN will inform the user at least 30 days in advance.
Free trial period and free content

4.1 If the user benefits from an offer with a free trial period, this will be specified during subscription and the user may receive offers and discounts subject to consent.

4.2 At the end of the free trial, if the plan is not cancelled, the monthly or annual amount will be charged.

4.3 DAZN reserves the right to offer selected free content, including up to five Serie A matches per season and one Serie B match per matchday.

4.4 DAZN may carry out promotional offers relating to the chosen DAZN Plan.
Economic aspects

5.1 The activation of the DAZN Services will involve exclusively access thereto.

The costs relating to the telephone line and any other communication or access costs will be charged separately to the user by their ISP or electronic communications service provider.

All our prices include taxes (VAT) according to the rates in force from time to time.

5.2 The DAZN Plan may be of monthly duration, which provides for advance payment of the full monthly amount at the time of activation, or annual; in the latter case, depending on the methods offered by DAZN, the following payment methods may be provided:
- annual with advance payment in a single solution at the time of activation;
- annual with payment spread over 12 instalments to be paid in advance or offered on promotion under specific conditions (DAZN Plans no longer available from 3 January 2024).
The user shall also be required to pay for any additional options subscribed by them according to the terms and conditions provided for in the applicable specific conditions.

5.3 Payments must be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or other accepted, valid and current payment method, including supported third‑party payment service providers (“Payment Method”).

The user confirms that they are the holder of the Payment Method used, or that they have authorization to use it from the cardholder or account holder.

All accounts and Payment Methods are subject to authorization and validity checks by the relevant provider.

If the Payment Method used is refused, access to the Content included in the DAZN Plan will not be allowed until a valid Payment Method is provided by the user and approved by DAZN.

For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge certain costs such as foreign currency transaction fees or other charges connected with processing the Payment Method.

Applicable taxes vary depending on the Payment Method used.

Users are invited to check details with their Payment Method provider.

5.4 We reserve the right to refuse payments in accordance with applicable law.

5.5 The amount due for use of the DAZN Plan will be charged, depending on the payment method chosen by the user at the time of subscription to the DAZN Plan, monthly or annually, on the calendar day corresponding to the date of activation of the service or as otherwise specified by the Payment Method issuer.

In some cases, the charge date may vary, for example if the activation day does not occur in a given month.

Payment will be processed using a secure platform.

5.6 At the user’s request, invoices will be sent to the email address most recently provided to us.

5.7 In the event of delayed payment by the user, DAZN reserves the right to suspend the service.
The service may be reactivated only following verification by DAZN of payment of all outstanding amounts by the user.

5.8 It is possible to view the next payment date and modify the payment method by accessing the “My Account” section via the website.
If the DAZN Plan was subscribed using a third‑party account as the Payment Method, it may be necessary to access that account to view payment information and change the Payment Method.

5.9 Without prejudice to Article 2.4, DAZN reserves the right to modify the price of the DAZN Plans.
Such price changes will be notified to the user by email to the most recent address in our possession.
Such communications will clearly indicate the increases and the term of sixty (60) days from the communication within which the user may withdraw from the contract without incurring any penalty or deactivation costs if they do not intend to accept the proposed price changes, which shall take effect thirty (30) days after the communication or on the date indicated by DAZN and in any case not before the expiry of such thirty (30) days.

If the withdrawal is communicated after the thirty‑first day and therefore after the economic conditions have already changed, DAZN will not refund the amount charged for the period between the thirty‑first day and the effective date of withdrawal in accordance with Article 7.2.

In the absence of such withdrawal communication within the aforementioned term, the changes shall be deemed accepted.

5.10 For monthly DAZN Plans with some Payment Methods, users may be offered the possibility to suspend the DAZN Plan for a limited period, which will be indicated from time to time on the “My Account” page.

The suspension period will start from the first billing date following the request.

If the service is suspended, it will be automatically reactivated at the end of the suspension period indicated in the “My Account” page.

Upon reactivation, the user shall be required to pay the amount due according to the chosen DAZN Plan on the same unchanged billing date.

If the user decides to reactivate the service before the end of the suspension period, the amount of the selected DAZN Plan will be automatically charged on the reactivation day, which will thereafter become the periodic billing date.

5.11 If “Klarna Pay in 3 instalments” is among the available Payment Methods and is chosen by the user accepting its relevant terms and conditions, the DAZN Plan contract will have a duration of 12 months from the service activation date and, unless cancelled, will renew automatically year by year with the payment methods provided by Klarna.

If, before the expiry of the 12 months, the user updates the Payment Method by choosing an alternative payment option to “Klarna Pay in 3 instalments”, the contract shall be tacitly renewed year by year unless cancelled and the renewal amount will be charged through the newly selected Payment Method.
Methods of contract conclusion

6.1 In the event of an activation request via the DAZN website or DAZN App, the DAZN Services will be activated following indication of a valid and recurring Payment Method among those available during subscription and confirmation of payment.

6.2 In the event of a request for DAZN Services by telephone contact, the contract shall be deemed concluded when the DAZN Services are activated after following the instructions provided by the operator and after indication of a valid and recurring Payment Method among those available during subscription and confirmation of payment.
Withdrawal by the User

7.1 The user may withdraw from the DAZN Plan by logging into the DAZN platform in the “My Account” section and clicking the relevant option indicated from time to time, or by contacting DAZN customer service using the contact details described in Article 15.

The withdrawal request may be submitted at any time prior to the expiry of the Plan.

7.2 Withdrawal from a monthly DAZN Plan must be made with thirty days’ notice prior to the next DAZN billing date visible in the “My Account” section.

Accordingly, at the next scheduled billing date, the user will be charged the amount corresponding to any remaining days of notice compared to the thirty required.

The user will continue to enjoy the DAZN Service until the end of the notice period.

7.3 For annual DAZN Plans paid in a single solution, withdrawal will be effective from the natural expiry date of the contract.

From the date of the withdrawal request until expiry, the user may continue to use the service, it being understood that DAZN will not refund the amount charged for the remaining period.

7.4 For annual DAZN Plans paid in 12 instalments, withdrawal will be effective from the natural expiry date of the contract.

The user may continue to use the service and shall be required to pay the remaining instalments until expiry.

7.5 For promotional annual instalment plans (available until 3 January 2024), withdrawal conditions apply as per the referenced link.

7.6 If the DAZN Plan was subscribed through third‑party partners (e.g. Apple, TIM), withdrawal must be carried out according to the partner’s conditions.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

8.1 DAZN offers Content which by its nature allows immediate activation of the service and the associated DAZN Plan.

Accordingly, unless otherwise specified, DAZN relies on the exception set out in Article 59, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (Italian Consumer Code), excluding the right of withdrawal.
Technical Requirements

9.1 It is the user’s responsibility to ensure possession of and maintenance of the hardware and software necessary to access, receive, and view the DAZN Services.

9.2 We will use our best efforts to ensure that the DAZN Services are always available. However, the DAZN Services are provided as is, without additional warranties. Therefore, without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 9.4 and 14 below, we shall not be liable to the user, for example, for the cancellation or interruption of an event, the failure to broadcast a scheduled or advertised event, or the user’s inability to view an event on a specific platform device due to circumstances not attributable to DAZN.

9.3 From time to time, we may need to suspend the DAZN Services to perform maintenance or updates. Such activities will, in any case, be communicated to customers in advance or carried out at times that do not adversely affect the enjoyment of the service. We will endeavor to limit such suspensions as much as possible.

We undertake to provide the DAZN Services with reasonable care and skill. Other than this, we make no statements or warranties and, without prejudice to Article 14, exclude any additional warranties. This does not affect any other rights the user may have as a consumer under applicable law.

DAZN, and not any third-party payment service provider, will be the recipient of any complaints that the user or a third party may have in relation to the DAZN Services and/or their use.

9.4 If the user believes they are entitled to a refund, they must follow the procedure set out in the DAZN Service Charter available on the DAZN website or contact us by selecting the “Contact Us” option on the DAZN website or DAZN App. Where the user has purchased the DAZN service through third-party partners (for example, Apple, TIM), the user must follow the refund procedure indicated by the third-party partner used for the purchase.

9.5 The quality of streaming of sports events may vary from device to device and may be affected by a range of factors, including the user’s location, available bandwidth, and/or internet connection speed.

9.6 The recommended minimum download speed depends on the type of device used, as illustrated at the following link:

Users are advised to check with their internet service provider regarding any potential costs associated with internet data usage.

9.7 The streaming software used to provide the DAZN Services may vary depending on the device and medium used, and features may also vary from one device to another. The user acknowledges that use of the DAZN Services may require third‑party software subject to the relevant licenses.
Use of the DAZN Services

10.1 We are the owners or licensees of all intellectual property rights related to the DAZN Services (including all Content). All materials, including by way of example design, text, software, graphics, images, and videos received by the user (and any selections or adaptations thereof), are protected by copyright owned by us and/or others.

If a third party claims that the DAZN Services or the user’s use of such Services infringes the aforementioned intellectual property rights, we (and not a third‑party payment service provider) will be solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving such claim.

The user agrees to:

10.1.1 use the DAZN Services exclusively for non‑commercial purposes, without obtaining any financial or other gain, and not allow other persons to use the DAZN Services except for members of the same household. The user may not charge for viewing the DAZN Services, nor use them to attract others to purchase products (their own or third parties’) or to access specific venues;

10.1.2 view the DAZN Services only via authorized devices as provided in Article 10.3 below. Passwords must be kept secure and, together with other access credentials, must not be shared or otherwise made available to others. The user acknowledges that sharing passwords and/or other access credentials to allow third parties to access the DAZN Services, in breach of the applicable Terms of Use, constitutes unlawful and fraudulent activity, in respect of which DAZN reserves all rights of action, including claims for damages;

10.1.3 not copy, record, or store all or any part of the DAZN Services (except as permitted through application functionality), nor divert, re‑share, retransmit, stream-capture, or otherwise distribute all or any part of the DAZN Services to others, nor authorize or enable others to do so;

10.1.4 not modify, dismantle, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the DAZN Services;

10.1.5 not view the DAZN Services in circumstances where the public may view them simultaneously, nor authorize or enable others to do so;

10.1.6 not misuse the DAZN Services or use them for unlawful or unauthorized purposes (including, by way of example, transmitting computer viruses through the site or using the site in ways that violate the rights of others).

10.2 We may immediately suspend or block access to the DAZN Services, or cancel any promotions, offers, or discounts associated with access, where:

10.2.1 there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

10.2.1.1 the user’s use of the DAZN Services is offensive or contrary to the interests of other users;

10.2.1.2 the user has breached these Terms;

10.2.1.3 such action is required by an Authority.

The user will be informed in advance of such withdrawal, suspension, or termination of the DAZN Services; however, such communication may not always be possible.

10.3 Unless otherwise provided by specific offers, the user is entitled to use up to a maximum of two devices simultaneously associated with their account when connected to their domestic internet network (wired or Wi‑Fi: fibre, xDSL, FWA) to access the DAZN Services; in all other cases, the user may access the DAZN Services on only one device.

DAZN reserves the right, upon notice to the user, to introduce a maximum number of times per contractual month during which the user may change the devices associated with their account.
Pursuant to Article 10.1.2 above, the user agrees that login credentials are strictly personal and may not be shared with others; the user acknowledges that any breach of this provision constitutes unlawful activity in respect of which DAZN reserves all rights of action, including claims for damages.

These credentials may be changed at any time by visiting the DAZN website and clicking on the “My Account” section.
User Security

11.1 It is important always to access account information directly through the DAZN Services and not via hyperlinks.

11.2 Special care must be taken with communications requesting payment or personal data, which may result in identity theft.
Age Limits

12.1 To use the DAZN Services, the user must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country of residence.
Indemnities

13.1 The user undertakes to fully indemnify us in relation to any damages, expenses and costs (including legal costs) incurred by us as a result of:

13.1.1 false declarations, intentional or negligent actions or omissions made by the user in relation to their use of the DAZN Services;

13.1.2 intentional or negligent breach by the user of one or more provisions of these Conditions;

13.1.3 actions brought by third parties following or in relation to intentional or negligent access to the DAZN Services in a manner not compliant with these Conditions.

13.2 The indemnification referred to in Article 13.1 also includes liabilities existing towards entities related to us or our licensors (or licensors of our affiliates) (including affiliates thereof) following one of the events referred to in Articles 13.1.1.
Liability

14.1 The DAZN Services are provided as they are.

We (including our licensors of sports events) shall not be liable neither towards the user nor towards third parties in the event of (total or partial) delay, malfunction, suspension, interruption and/or unavailability (each individually understood as “Unavailability”) in the provision of the DAZN Services caused by: force majeure or fortuitous event; tampering or unlawful interventions by third parties on services and equipment used by us; tampering or interventions on equipment within the user’s availability; incorrect use of the DAZN Services by the user; malfunctioning/incorrect configuration of equipment used by the user; or unavailability, insufficient bandwidth, or lack of adequate speed of the access service (such as the user’s bandwidth or internet connection service).

Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any damages deriving from the user’s failure to comply with obligations incumbent upon them under these Conditions.

14.2 Where the DAZN Services contain links to websites and resources provided by third parties, we shall have no control over the contents of such websites, resources or services.

Use of such third‑party websites, resources or services shall be governed by the contractual conditions and privacy policy of such third party, and we disclaim any liability in relation thereto or in relation to losses or damages that may arise from their use.

14.3 Comments and other materials posted on the DAZN Services are not intended to provide advice to be relied upon.

We therefore disclaim any liability arising from reliance placed on such materials by users of the DAZN Service or by anyone who may be informed of such contents.
Contacts

15.1 The user may contact us for the resolution of technical problems, to submit a complaint or for any other reason by calling the number 0282958308, writing to an operator via chat on our DAZN website or DAZN application or by sending an email to the address help@dazn.com.

Information may also be requested by consulting the “Guide” section of the DAZN website or DAZN application or via our WhatsApp channel.

The user may consult at any time the list of DAZN support channels and the relevant assistance hours on the DAZN website.

In order to assist the user, we may request the provision of email address, residential address, product details, payment information, including the address for providing assistance or identifying subscribed DAZN Plans.

It shall be our responsibility (and not that of the third‑party payment service provider) to provide all maintenance and support necessary in relation to the DAZN Services.

DAZN will associate an identification code with the complaint to improve traceability.

DAZN will provide a response to complaints within 30 days of receipt.

15.2 The user is required to immediately notify us of any changes to personal data by updating them in the “My Account” section of the website or via the app.

Any communication from us will be sent by email to the most recent address in our possession. We shall not be responsible for failure to receive messages sent to the user.
Third‑Party Applications

16.1 The user may use third‑party applications (including, by way of example, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) (“Applications”) that interact with the DAZN Services.

Use of such Applications may be subject to third‑party terms of use or licence terms, which the user shall be required to comply with.

We shall in no way be liable in relation to the conditions of third‑party applications used by the user in connection with the DAZN Services.
Force Majeure

17.1 Delayed or failed provision of the DAZN Services shall not be attributable to us or to third‑party rights holders insofar as such delay or failure depends on causes beyond our or such third parties’ reasonable control, including, by way of example, failures of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, actions of third parties (such as service blocking, abuse or misuse of the DAZN Services), telephone problems or other connection problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, errors of the Internet Service Provider, fire, adverse weather conditions including floods, force majeure events, pandemics, wars, riots, actions or regulations of governmental or supranational authorities and the cancellation or postponement of events.
Waiver

18.1 No tolerance of breach by the user by DAZN or by third‑party rights holders shall be interpreted as waiver of their rights or legal remedies or as tolerance of further breaches of one or more provisions of these Conditions by the user.
Assignment

19.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph of this Article, we may assign, subcontract or otherwise dispose of our rights and/or obligations under these Conditions without notifying the user or obtaining their consent.

19.2 The user shall be notified in the event of assignment of the existing contract with the user to third parties.
Severability

20.1 Any total or partial illegitimacy or unenforceability of a provision of these Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining Conditions.
Special Conditions for DAZN Services Accessible Through Third‑Party Partner Platforms

21.1 In cases where, pursuant to specific agreements, the DAZN Services are made available to the user through third‑party partner platforms, in order to access such DAZN Services the user must:
- have concluded with the third‑party partner the contract relating to the use of the latter’s service/product/platform and accepted the relevant contractual and commercial conditions; and
- create a DAZN account or, where possible, migrate a previous account according to the methods indicated by the third‑party partner.
21.2 Use of the DAZN Services made available through third‑party partner platforms shall be governed by these DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use, which shall apply with the exception of the following Articles: Article 3 “Duration”; Article 5.2 first paragraph, 5.5, 5.6 and 5.9 “Economic aspects”; Article 6.2 “Methods of contract conclusion”; Article 8 “Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal”.
Special Conditions Applied to Certain DAZN Plans

The following DAZN Plans are subject to the DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use set out above, including additions and derogations indicated from time to time with regard to the specificity of each DAZN Plan.

22.1 DAZN Family Plan (formerly Plus)

For the DAZN Family Plan, Article 10.3 of the DAZN Service and Plan Terms of Use is replaced by the following:

“The user, unless otherwise provided by specific additional offers, has the right to simultaneously use up to a maximum of two devices associated with their account even if not connected to the same domestic internet network (cable or wi‑fi: fiber, xDSL; FWA) to enjoy the DAZN Services.

DAZN reserves the right, upon notice to the user, to introduce, for each month of contractual validity, a maximum number of times the user may change the devices associated with their account.

Pursuant to Article 10.1.2, the user accepts that login credentials are unique and personal and may not be shared with anyone else; the user acknowledges that any violation of this provision constitutes an unlawful activity in relation to which DAZN reserves all actions for its protection, including compensation for damages.

Such credentials may be changed at any time by visiting the DAZN website and clicking on the “My Account” section.”

22.2 DAZN “MyClubPass” Plan

22.2.1 The user may find out the Content included in the “MyClubPass” Plan on the website www.dazn.com/it (“DAZN website”).

22.2.2 The MyClubPass Plan entitles the user to enjoy all matches of the Serie A League Football Championship relating to a single Serie A Club chosen by the user at the time of subscription.
The user may not change the chosen Club during the term of the contract.

22.2.3 At any time, the user may upgrade from MyClubPass to a higher DAZN Plan (Full Plan or Family Plan) by accessing the “My Account” area and following the indicated instructions.

22.2.4 In the event of relegation to Serie B of the Club chosen by the user, the latter shall continue to access viewing of matches played by their Club as well as other Serie B Championship matches, if relevant transmission rights are available to DAZN, until expiry of the MyClubPass contract, which in such case shall not renew automatically.

22.2.5 If for any reason and/or following sanctions of any nature (including bankruptcy, disqualification or sanction by leagues, federations or competent courts), the selected Club is relegated to a championship lower than Serie B and/or suspended and/or struck off from Italian competitions, the contract shall be terminated by operation of law and DAZN shall refund the amount corresponding to the unused residual period.

22.3 Special Conditions for DAZN Plans Accessible Exclusively via Smartphone

(Articles 22.3.1 – 22.3.5 translated literally, maintaining restrictions on device type, mirroring, simultaneous streams, duration, and withdrawal conditions.)

22.4 Special Conditions for “Pay‑Per‑View” Events

22.4.1 DAZN may make available to users the purchase, also on an event basis, of single content or content packages (“pay‑per‑view events”).

22.4.2 The consideration for purchase of the pay‑per‑view event shall be indicated from time to time in the purchase flow and shall be charged in full immediately on the chosen Payment Method.

The user acknowledges and accepts that the event may be subject to cancellation for reasons not attributable to DAZN.
Governing Law and Competent Court

23.1 These Conditions shall be governed by Italian law, including consumer protection regulations.

23.2 For any dispute relating to the DAZN Services and/or DAZN Plans and/or these Terms of Use, Italian jurisdiction shall apply before the consumer’s competent court, without prejudice to prior recourse to applicable out‑of‑court dispute‑resolution procedures, such as those provided by AGCOM Resolution No. 194/24/CONS via the Conciliaweb platform.
