If the DAZN app isn’t loading properly on your Sky Q device, the issue may be related to the Sky Q box itself. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off your device.
If you’re unsure whether the device is fully powered off or can’t locate the power button, simply unplug the power cable.
2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
Leave the device powered off for at least one minute to ensure a full reset.
3. Turn the device back on and try launching the DAZN app again.
