These terms apply to the provision, purchase and use of DAZN Coins ("Coins") for the purchase of DAZN virtual items to be used exclusively on the DAZN Fanzone ("Fanzone") on the platform owned or operated by DAZN Limited under the brand name "DAZN" which provides digital content ("Platform") through any of the following devices (i) desktop PCs and laptops; (ii) mobile phones and tablets (via app or mobile web); (iii) an OTT device such as a Smart TV.
These Terms and Conditions of Use of Coins for the purchase of DAZN virtual items govern the purchase and use of Coins on the Platform ("Terms of Use").
The purchase and use of Coins is available on the Platform exclusively for the DAZN registered user with an active subscription plan and enabled to the Fanzone ("User").
The Terms of Use supplement the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Dazn service referred to in the subscription that the User has active with DAZN.
1.DAZN Coins and how to use them
Coins represent a virtual store of value that can be purchased by Users and used exclusively within the Fanzones on the Dazn Platform. Once purchased, Coins may only be used by the User on the Platform to activate virtual objects or services that may be made available from time to time by DAZN Limited, in its sole discretion, on the Platform ("Virtual Objects"). DAZN may place a limit on the maximum amount of Coins that a User may hold in their account balance, limit the amount of Coins that may be purchased by a User in a single transaction and limit the frequency or number of transactions that a User may make at any given time.
The number of Coins required for activation or access to Virtual Objects is displayed in advance, so before purchasing Coins it is necessary to check the number of Coins required to access Virtual Objects. When the User purchases Coins, the cost per Coin may vary depending on the number of Coins purchased at one time.
2.How to Pay Coins
Coins may be purchased via the in-app purchase system of the relevant app store (Google and Apple) in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant payment method. DAZN may at any time arrange and publish additional methods of purchasing Coins at its discretion.
The total number of Coins in the account and the user's balance are updated each time Coins are purchased or Virtual Objects are purchased with Coins.
To purchase Coins, you must:
- be a registered user of the Platform;
- be at least 18 years of age.
- Having an active DAZN Subscription Plan
3.Activation of Virtual Objects
You can purchase Virtual Objects with Coins to interact with and show your appreciation for the Platform content on the Fanzone on the DAZN Platform in accordance with the Terms of UUse. When you purchase Virtual Objects, other users of the Platform can see the DAZN user ID of the person who purchased them and the details of the Virtual Objects.
4.Other Terms Applicable to Coins and Virtual Objects
The Virtual Objects purchased by the User through the Coins are licensed by DAZN to the User under these Terms of Use and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a transfer of rights or ownership or assimilated rights to the User.
Neither Coins nor Virtual Objects purchased with them have any monetary value, cannot be used outside the Platform and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for money or anything else.
DAZN may change, move, remove or suspend Coins or Virtual Objects at any time, with or without notice and without any liability to the User.
In addition, the price and availability of Virtual Objects available for purchase are subject to change. You agree that you have no ownership or other rights to the Virtual Objects or your Account.
5.Right of withdrawal, refunds
Unused Coins are not refundable except in the event of withdrawal from the main DAZN service by the User and/or termination by the User pursuant to Article 7 below.
As Coins purchased by the User via an App store (Google, Apple) in order to request a refund, if due, the User should contact the App store in question as stipulated in the terms of use of the App store. All redemptions of Virtual Objects made via the Platform are final and non-refundable. The User acknowledges and accepts that Virtual Objects will be provided to them immediately upon request and waives any right to cancel such request as the purchase is for immediate execution.
Accordingly, you agree that DAZN Limited is not obliged to provide a refund for Virtual Objects purchased for any reason whatsoever. You further acknowledge that you will not receive money or other compensation for any unused Virtual Objects.
If you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, you may be prevented from purchasing Coins from DAZN Limited.

6.User Rights
The User may purchase Coins exclusively for the purchase of Virtual Objects to be used exclusively on Fanzones on the Platform.
The User has no right or title to the Coins or Virtual Objects other than what is expressly provided for in these Terms of Use. You are not allowed to buy Coins outside of the Platform, sell or trade Coins or Virtual Objects within or outside of the Platform, nor are you allowed to sell, give away Coins or Virtual Objects for any reason, even for free, or trade Coins or Virtual Objects.
Unless otherwise stated, Coins do not have an expiry date unless the User's account is deleted and/or the User terminates the Dazn Service.
For legal or commercial reasons DAZN may no longer offer the Coins for purchase, in which case DAZN shall provide you with any warranty under applicable law.
7. Amendments to these Conditions
DAZN Limited is free to amend these Terms of Use at any time in light of technological, market and related circumstances. Amendments to these Terms of Use will be posted on the DAZN website. In addition, if any changes to these Terms of Use are material (for example, if DAZN Limited amends the payment terms or requires you to equip yourself with additional technology), you will be notified in accordance with applicable law by a notice sent by email to the most recent email address that DAZN Limited has on file.
You agree to these amended Terms of Use unless you exercise your right to cancel within sixty (60) days of DAZN Limited's notification of the changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
DAZN Limited is in no case liable in the event of direct or indirect damage of any nature to the User resulting from conduct by the User in violation of these Conditions of Use. The liability of DAZN Limited is also excluded in the event of dysfunctions of the Platform caused by events beyond the control of DAZN Limited and not involving the latter's negligence or wilful misconduct such as bugs, viruses, Trojan horses caused by third parties.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use, the contracts concluded on the basis thereof and any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation and/or execution thereof shall be governed and determined exclusively and without exception by the laws of the Italian Republic.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of the Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer's court under applicable Italian law.
