1. DAZN 1 and DAZN 2 Channels option (the “Option”) can be activated by users who have already subscribed or decide to subscribe to DAZN choosing either the "DAZN Full" or "DAZN Family" plan, as long as they have a Sky satellite set-top-box an active TV subscription.
2. The Option allows users to access two linear channels on Sky satellite platform and watch the sports events and programmes broadcasted on DAZN 1 and DAZN 2 channels (“Content”).
3. Depending on the plan chosen by the user, DAZN Conditions of Use, available at https://www.dazn.com/it-IT/help/articles/16391473315101-condizioni-contrattuali-di-utilizzo, will apply, with the following integrations:
3.1 The user can choose to withdraw and cancel the purchased Option in DAZN “MyAccount” section “More on DAZN”, by clicking on “REMOVE”. Option deactivation will be effective at the end of the prepaid Option period. Users will be able to watch contents until that date.
3.2 If a DAZN Full user activates the Option, the device from which he accesses the Content via the DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 Channels will always be considered one of the devices registered on his DAZN account.
While watching the Content via DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 channels, the user will not be able to access DAZN OTT services at the same time on a second device.
When watching the Content on DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 channels on a device connected to the Internet, the user will be able to access DAZN OTT services at the same time on a second device only when both devices are connected to the same home network (cable or Wi-Fi: fibre, xDSL; FWA).
With the exception of the above case, the Option allows to watch DAZN contents (via DAZN OTT or via DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 channels) only on a single device.
3.3 If a DAZN Family user activates the Option, the device from which he accesses the Content via DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 Channels will always be considered one of the devices registered on their DAZN account.
When watching the Content on DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 channels, the user will be able to access DAZN OTT services at the same time only from one of the other registered devices (a total of two devices at the same time, including the one from which DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 channels are watched), even if it is not connected to the same home network (cable or Wi-Fi: fibre, xDSL; FWA).
3.4 When the Option is activated, both DAZN Full and DAZN Family plans always consider the device from which the DAZN 1 or DAZN 2 Channels are watched as one of the devices registered on the user's DAZN account. While the Option is active, the user cannot replace this device with a different one.
3.5 The user who has access to the Option must be the same user who has access to the DAZN OTT service. DAZN reserves the right to verify the above using the methods it deems appropriate.
