What subscription plans are available on DAZN?
DAZN offers four subscription plans: SPORTS, GOAL, MYCLUBPASS, FULL, and FAMILY. Each plan includes different features and provides different ways to access content on the DAZN platform. For more information, please refer to the Terms of Use.
Can I use my subscription at the same time as someone else?
Your DAZN account credentials are personal and non-transferable. As with other subscription streaming services offering audiovisual content, DAZN allows access to the service only for people who belong to the same household, in order to ensure the proper use of simultaneous streaming.With the FULL plan, you can watch content simultaneously on two devices only if both devices are connected to the same home internet network. With the FAMILY plan, you can watch content simultaneously on two devices even if they are connected to two different internet networks.
How do I switch from the FULL plan to the FAMILY plan?
If you pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, you can switch from the FULL plan to the FAMILY plan yourself by going to the My Account section. If you pay for DAZN through a third-party provider such as Apple or Google, you'll need to change your subscription through the subscriptions section of the relevant app store.
Can I switch back to the FULL plan after subscribing to FAMILY?
To switch back to the FULL plan:
- If you pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, you'll need to cancel your subscription from the My Account section. Once your subscription has ended, you can reactivate it with the FULL plan.
- If you pay through Apple, you can change your subscription directly in the App Store.
- If you pay through Google, you'll need to cancel your subscription and, once it has ended, reactivate it with the FULL plan.
What happens to my subscription if I have a valid gift card?
If you have a valid gift card, nothing will change to your subscription. Your account will be automatically migrated to the DAZN FAMILY plan.
How can I switch from FULL to FAMILY if I subscribed through Apple or Google?
You can change your subscription plan by accessing the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where your subscription is managed.
I have a subscription activated through TIM. What changes for me?
Customers with an active TIMVISION offer that includes DAZN will receive direct communication from TIM regarding any changes to the applicable terms and conditions.
How many devices can I register on DAZN?
With the FULL plan, you can register up to 6 devices. With the FAMILY plan, you can register up to 7 devices.
How many devices can stream content at the same time?
With DAZN FULL, you can watch DAZN simultaneously on two devices at home, provided both are connected to the same home internet network. A single mobile device can also be used anywhere. With DAZN FAMILY, you can watch simultaneously on two devices even when they are in different locations.
How often can I reset my registered devices?
DAZN reserves the right to introduce a monthly limit on device resets. However, the minimum number of resets available will never be fewer than two per month.
Why can I share my account with someone I live with but not with a friend who lives elsewhere?
Your login credentials are sensitive personal information. For example, your DAZN password may also be used for other digital services. DAZN cannot take responsibility for allowing these credentials to be shared. If you sign in to your Smart TV at home and choose "Remember password," people living in your household can access your account on that device without knowing or being given your login credentials.
Can I share my password with a family member who doesn't live with me?
No. Your DAZN account is personal and non-transferable. You cannot give access to your DAZN account to anyone who is not part of your household.
What's the benefit of subscribing to the DAZN FAMILY plan?
With the FAMILY plan, someone who lives with you (for example, your child) can watch DAZN on a device at home while you watch DAZN on the go or from a second home. In addition, the DAZN FAMILY plan allows you to register up to 7 devices.
If I activate a DAZN FAMILY gift card, can I switch to the FULL plan when the prepaid period ends?
If you have not added a backup payment method (credit card or PayPal) to your account, your DAZN FAMILY subscription will expire at the end of the prepaid period. You will then be free to subscribe to whichever DAZN plan you prefer. If you add a backup payment method to your account before the prepaid period ends, your DAZN FAMILY subscription will automatically renew once the prepaid period expires.
I have a holiday home by the sea where I spend three months every summer. Can I continue watching DAZN from there?
Yes, you can.
I have two homes. Can I use DAZN in both?
With the DAZN FULL plan, you can stream on two devices simultaneously provided both devices are connected to the same home internet network. Alternatively, you can watch on a single mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet) while away from home, provided no one is watching DAZN from your primary residence at the same time.
I travel frequently for work. Can I use DAZN while I'm travelling?
Yes. With DAZN FULL, you can watch DAZN on your mobile device while travelling within Italy (and in countries where content portability is available), provided no one is watching DAZN from your home at the same time. If you want uninterrupted viewing on the go while someone else is simultaneously watching DAZN at home, we recommend upgrading to the DAZN FAMILY plan.
If DAZN FAMILY allows streaming from two different locations, why can I only share my account with people I live with?
As with other subscription streaming services offering audiovisual content, DAZN allows access to the service only for people who belong to the same household, whether they are family members or other cohabitants. This is because, for security reasons, the account holder's login credentials are personal and non-transferable. With the DAZN FAMILY plan, the account holder installs the DAZN app on the registered devices. This allows other members of the household to access the account without being given or knowing the account's login credentials.
What does it mean that a pro-rata invoice will be issued?
If you have a DAZN FULL subscription and decide to upgrade to the DAZN FAMILY plan, you will be charged the price of the new plan (€71.99), minus the value of the unused portion of your current subscription. For example, if you subscribe to the FULL plan on 10 August and pay €46.99 for the subscription period from 10 August to 9 September, then decide to switch to the FAMILY plan on 11 August, a pro-rata invoice will appear in the Payments section of My Account. The amount charged will be €71.99, minus the value of the unused prepaid subscription period (11 August–9 September, 29 days).
In this example:
- Monthly FAMILY plan: €71.99
- Credit for the unused FULL subscription: €45.24 (€1.56 × 29 days)
- Amount due: €26.57
