How do I create a DAZN account after activating the TIMVISION offer?
After activation, you will receive an email and text message from TIMVISION. Follow these steps:
- Click the ‘ACCEDI A DAZN‘ button in the email OR the link in the text message.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Follow and complete the steps to finish creating your DAZN account.
I did not get the confirmation email/text message. What should I do?
- Go to ‘TV e servizi’ in your MyTIM account using web or app.
- Visit http://tv.tim.it/dazn to complete the registration.
- For further help, contact Angie, the chatbot via the MyTIM app.
I already have a DAZN subscription. Can I switch to TIMVISION?
If you are a Monthly subscriber, you can activate the TIMVISION offer immediately.
If you are an Annual subscriber, you must wait until your current DAZN subscription expires. After your subscription ends:
- Click the link you receive in the email/text message from TIMVISION.
- Once redirected to the DAZN page, select ‘ACCEDI.’
- Enter your DAZN account credentials (email and password).
- Your payment method will switch to TIMVISION automatically.
Please note: If, after clicking on the link contained in the email or text message from TIMVISION, you receive the message 'Bentornato. Ora puoi accedere all’offerta dedicata ai clienti TIM. What should I do if I subscribed to DAZN using a third-party payment method like Apple, Google, or Amazon?
If you subscribed to DAZN using a third-party payment method (e.g., Google, Apple, Amazon, etc.), make sure to remove the previously added payment method before starting the procedure to avoid double billing.

To cancel your membership, you need to visit your account in MyTIM or call TIM Customer Service.
I cancelled my TIMVISION with DAZN offer. Until when will I be able to watch DAZN contents?
If your monthly DAZN charge is included in your TIM bill, you will have access to all DAZN content until the end of the month in which you canceled your offer.
If the charge is on your TIM SIM, you will have access until your next mobile offer renewal.
