How do I cancel my DAZN subscription?

If you activated your subscription through a third party, use the specific method for your provider:  

• Google Play Billing: Cancel through the Google Play Store on your device.  
• Apple (iTunes): Cancel via your Apple ID settings or iTunes subscriptions.  
• Amazon In-App Payment: Cancel through your Amazon account under "Your Subscriptions."  
• TIM: Cancel by following TIM’s subscription management process.  

If you signed up directly on dazn.com, you can cancel using one of these options:  

1. Online: Log in to dazn.com on a web browser (computer, phone, Smart TV, or gaming console). Go to My Account from the homepage, select DAZN Subscription, then click Manage Subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.  
2. Chat: Contact us via the website chat or WhatsApp at +39 344 070 3392.  
3. Phone: Call +39 02 8295 8308 (available 14:00–23:00 weekdays, 12:00–23:00 weekends).  

For all cancellation methods, you can also review the general conditions of your contract.  

• These plans run for 12 months.  
• You can request cancellation anytime, and it will process according to your contract terms.  
• Check the general contract terms for all cancellation options.  

• A 30-day notice period is required.  
• After requesting cancellation, your service stays active for 30 days, then ends.  
• Check the exact end date in My Account.  
• Example: Cancel on November 15th, and access continues until December 14th.  
• You’ll pay a final charge on your next billing date, adjusted for the remaining days. For instance, if your billing date is the 20th and you cancel on November 15th, you’ll pay for 25 days on November 20th, with cancellation effective December 15th.  

You can reverse your cancellation before the billing cycle ends:  

• Before the end: Your subscription resumes normally, and regular payments continue on the next billing date.  
• At the end: If days remain in the 30-day notice period, you’ll pay for those on the next billing date, then regular payments resume.
