For the first time ever, the World Cup will feature 48 nations. To celebrate this, DAZN is building a global squad of 48 fan creators — one representing each team.
The DAZN48 will act as storytellers, correspondents, and cultural translators, helping fans experience the tournament through authentic, fan-led content—whether they’re watching from home, on social media, or on the ground. This guide outlines what applicants must submit to be considered for the DAZN48.
About #DAZN48
#DAZN48 is our global call for fan creators. DAZN will spotlight the best applications, and all submissions will contribute to building excitement ahead of the tournament. This is your chance to be part of the story before the first whistle blows.
What we are looking for
We are looking for creators who represent the spirit of modern football fandom. You should be:
- A passionate supporter who lives and breathes your nation’s football culture.
- A social-savvy fan who understands trends, memes, and online communities.
- A charismatic storyteller who can engage and entertain.
- A knowledgeable football purist who can share insights in a relatable way.
- DAZN48 creators must be authentic, energetic, culturally aware, socially engaged, and driven by story-telling.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3,000 followers on one social platform.
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to create engaging content with a strong understanding of social media.
- Fluent in English and your local language.
- Confident on camera.
- Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.
Your mission as a DAZN48 creator
- Represent one of the 48 World Cup nations.
- Become a DAZN cultural correspondent for your country.
- Create social-first content across your platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, X).
- Be featured across DAZN’s global channels.
- Showcase your nation’s culture, humour, and football stories.
- Be part of DAZN’s largest-ever creator programme and World Cup coverage.
If selected, we will contact you via email or your social media accounts. You may also have the opportunity to join DAZN on the ground from the Semi-Finals onwards.

How to apply
To apply, you must complete both steps below:

Submit a video (required)
Record a video (maximum 1 minute) in English answering:
- Who you are (name, location, and your country).
- Why you should represent your country.
- Your personality (humour, passion, cultural pride—be yourself).
- How you would bring the World Cup to life for fans at home.
- Your creator voice—speak as if you’re addressing your community.
Note: Creator must be living in the country they represent.
Video requirements: - Maximum length: 1 minute.
- Format: Vertical (9:16).
- Style: Natural and authentic (not overly polished).
- No copyrighted music.
- You must appear on camera.

- Audience connection – Your ability to engage and build a community.
- Fit with DAZN – Creator-led, authentic, football-obsessed, and globally minded.
What selected creators receive
As part of the DAZN48, you will:
- Join DAZN’s official World Cup creator squad.
- Be featured across DAZN’s global platforms.
- Help shape one of the biggest creator activations of 2026.
- Gain exposure through DAZN’s global social ecosystem.
You may also have the opportunity to travel with DAZN from the Semi-Finals onwards.
