If you see a 'Device Update Required' message, it means your device software or DAZN app is out of date and needs to be updated before you can stream.
Follow the steps below to fix the issue:
- Restart your device
Turn your device off and back on (or use the Restart option). Allow any pending system updates to complete before continuing. - Delete the DAZN app
From your device’s home screen, select and hold the DAZN app (or open the Options menu), then choose Delete or Remove. - Check you’re signed into your app store account
Go to your device settings and make sure you’re signed in to your app store account. - Reinstall DAZN from the app store
Open your device’s app store, search for DAZN, and select Install or Get. - Open DAZN
Launch the app again. You should now be able to stream as normal.
