1. How can I watch DAZN on Sky?
Visit DAZN.com or find and open the DAZN app on your Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky stream device and follow the steps to get started. Once signed up, you can sign-in to the DAZN app on all your favourite devices to watch 150+ fights a year and much more.
2. I can’t find the DAZN TV channels anymore.
DAZN has a new home on Sky with the launch of the new DAZN app on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream devices. Go to the app section of your sky device, find and open the DAZN app and sign-in with your DAZN account details.
3. Why have you closed the channel?
It makes it even easier to access the best of DAZN anytime, live and on-demand with the new DAZN app on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream devices.
4. What will happen to the channel from 8th July?
The channel will be unavailable from 8th July 2024. Our App is available on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream for new and existing customers to sign up or sign in.
6. What if I have a Sky+ Box?
Our App is available on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream. If you do have a Sky+ box you won’t be able to log in through Sky’s UI. You can still watch our content on all other devices such as Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, mobile, tablet and desktop (via dazn.com).
7. I’m an existing DAZN 1HD customer what will happen to my subscription?
Your subscription will continue as normal. If you’re on our Annual upfront or 12-Month Contract subscription your subscription will continue to run up to the anniversary date whereby you will receive a renewal notification. If you’re subscribed to our Monthly Pass subscription then normal rules apply and you can cancel by providing 30 days’ notice, a pro rata charge may apply.
8. How do I download your App to my Smart TV?
Simply follow the instructions below to download our app onto your Smart TV
- Go to your Play Store or App Store
- Search for DAZN in your search bar
- Select the DAZN icon and follow the on-screen instructions to instal
- Once installed open the App and login using your DAZN login details
9. How do I sign in to the App on Sky?
Simply scan the QR code to log in using your Smart Phone and confirm you’d like to use the App on your Sky device to watch our content. Alternatively, you can manually sign in on the App using your email and password.
10. Where is the App on Sky, I can’t find it?
Sky Q:
- Select your Home button on your remote
- Scroll to the Apps section
- You will find our App in “New In”, “Sports & Fitness” and “Apps & Partners”

11. Where will I find my login details to sign in to the App?
When you signed up to DAZN 1HD you would have used your email address to create an account, simply use this same email address and if you can’t remember your password just select the forgotten password link and we will get you logged back in.
