If DAZN isn’t working on your web browser or device, you can often fix the problem with a few basic troubleshooting steps.

Web Broswer
Check your internet connection & speed
- Visit www.dazn.com on your PC/MAC.
- If you can access the page without any error message, your internet connection is working.
- If you can not access the page, check your internet speed and refer to DAZN’s internet speed recommendations.
Try streaming another event
- In your web browser, try to load another event currently running on DAZN.
- If it works, switch back to the original event you wanted to watch.
Try a different web browser
- Switch to another web browser to access DAZN.
- Make sure your device meets DAZN’s supported browsers and system requirements.
Delete cookies and cache
- Delete the ‘Cookies’ and ‘Cache’ on your browser.
Check your IP address
- Confirm if your location is in a supported country.
- The page will automatically display your IP address and location.
Restart your router
- Unplug your router or modem from its power outlet for 15-20 seconds.
- Plug it back in.
- Allow a few minutes for it to restart and retry connecting to DAZN.
Phones and Tablets
iPhone/iPad
Confirm device is supported
- DAZN supports iOS 14.2 or higher for iPhones and iPads.
Check your internet connection & speed

- If you can access the page without any error message, your internet connection is working.

Restart the DAZN app
- Double-click the Home button to display recently used apps.
- Swipe right or left to find the DAZN app.
- Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
- Reopen the DAZN app.
Update the DAZN app
- Find and open the DAZN app on the iOS App Store.
- If an update is available, tap 'Update' to install it.
Restart your device
Uninstall and reinstall the DAZN app
- Press and hold the DAZN app icon until it jiggles.
- Tap the 'X' in the upper left corner and confirm deletion.
- Find and open the DAZN app on the iOS App Store, and reinstall the app.

Confirm device is supported
- DAZN supports Android OS 5.0 or higher for android phones and tablets.

Try force closing the DAZN app
- Tap the overview button (usually a square or overlapping rectangles) on your device.
- Scroll to find the DAZN app.
- Drag the app off-screen to close it.
Check for app updates
- Find and open the DAZN app on the Google Play Store.
- If an update is available, install it.
Restart your device
- Hold the power button until a menu appears.
- Select 'Restart' or 'Power Off.'
- If the device doesn’t restart automatically, press the power button to restart.
Uninstall and reinstall the DAZN app
- Open 'Settings' > 'Apps & Notifications.'
- Find and uninstall the DAZN app.
- Open the DAZN app on the Google Play Store, and reinstall it.

Samsung Smart TV
Try streaming another event
- Load another event currently running in your DAZN app.
- If it works, return to the original event.
Restart the DAZN app
- On the DAZN home screen, navigate to the menu bar at the top.
- Select 'Exit App' from the right side.
- Restart the app from the home screen.
Try force closing the app
- Hold the 'Back' button on your remote until the 'Exit' option appears.
Restart your device
- Turn off your Samsung TV.
- Unplug it from the power outlet for 15-20 seconds.
- Plug it back in and restart.
Confirm other streaming apps work
- Open another app or check the app store to confirm if it is working.
Update your Samsung tvOS
Reinstall the DAZN app
- Navigate to the DAZN app tile (don’t open it).
- Use the remote to delete the app.
- Go to the app store, search for 'DAZN,' and reinstall it.
Restart your router
- Unplug the router/modem from the power outlet.
- Wait 15-20 seconds before plugging it back in.
Apple TV
Restart your device
- Press and hold the Home (TV icon) and Menu buttons on your remote until the Apple TV logo appears.
- This will restart your Apple TV.
Check your network connection
- Ensure your Apple TV is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
- You can check this under 'Settings' > 'Network.'
Update the DAZN app
- Open the App Store on your Apple TV.
- Go to the 'Updates' section.
- If an update for DAZN is available, install it.
Uninstall and reinstall the DAZN app
- Navigate to the DAZN app.
- Press and hold the ‘Select’ button on the remote until the app starts shaking.
- Press the Play/Pause button and select ‘Delete.’
- Reinstall the app from the App Store.
Update your Apple tvOS
- Go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Software Updates'.
- Select 'Update Software' to ensure your Apple TV is running the latest version of Apple tvOS.
- Alternatively, you can update your Apple TV software manually.
Log out and log back in
- Open the DAZN app.
- Go to the 'Settings' menu.
- Select 'Sign Out', then log back in with your credentials.
Clear the app’s cache
- Double-click the 'Home' button on the remote.
- Find the DAZN app in the app switcher.
- Swipe up to force close the app, then reopen it.

- Close the DAZN app from there and restart it.

- Turn off your LG Smart TV.
- Unplug it from the power outlet for 15-20 seconds.
- Plug it back in and restart.

- Open other apps or check if other apps and the app store are working.

Reinstall the DAZN app
- Select the DAZN app and press the 'Green' button on your remote.
- Choose 'Delete', confirm, and then go to the LG Content Store.
