If you know your password and can sign in to DAZN but want to change it, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to My Account.
- Click on Profile and settings.
- Under Profile, Click on Password.
- Enter your current password followed by new password.
- Click on Save password to complete the process.
Note: If you have forgotten your current password, click on Send me a link. You will receive an email from DAZN on your registered email id. Simply follow the instructions to reset your password.
When choosing a password, it should be
- At least 6 characters long.
- A mix of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Not easily guessed - such as ‘password,’ ‘12345678,’ or use any personal information (name, birthday, address).
- Different than what you use for any other websites or apps.
A password manager can help you keep track of unique passwords.
Otherwise, you can also go to the change password page and follow the instructions to change or update the password.
Resetting your password
If you cannot sign in to your DAZN account or do not remember your password, go to the reset password page and follow the steps:
- Enter your registered email id.
Note: You will receive an email from DAZN. - Click on the Reset Password.
Note: You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password. - Enter your password again to confirm the change.
- Click on Continue to save your new password.
Didn’t get the email
- Check for it in your spam, junk, or promotions folders, and in any email filters you set up.
- If you can't find the password reset email after checking your folders, try sending yourself a password reset email again.
- If you still don't get the password reset email, your email provider may be delaying it. Please wait for a few minutes, then check your inbox again.
Link doesn't work
- Delete any DAZN password reset emails that are in your inbox.
- Go to the password reset page and click on ‘Send Reset Link.’
- Go back to your email and follow the steps in the new DAZN password reset email.
