Keeping your personal information up to date ensures you have a seamless DAZN experience. You can update your account details, including email address, password, and phone number, by following the steps below.
Email address
You can update the email address you have used to sign in to your DAZN account anytime.
- Go to My Account and click on Profile and settings.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Sign in if prompted.
- Enter the 4 digit code sent to your existing email ID.
- Click on Verify email.
- Enter your current and new email ID.
- Click on Save to update the change.
- Click on Send me a code to verify your new email ID.
Note: You cannot change to an email ID already registered with another DAZN account. If you have forgotten the email linked to your DAZN account, please connect with our customer service advisor for assistance.
Password
If you know your password and can sign in to DAZN but want to change it, go to the Change password page and follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to My Account.
- Click on Profile and settings.
- Under Profile, click on Password.
- Enter your current password followed by new password.
- Click on Save password to complete the process.
Note: If you have forgotten your current password, click on Send me a link. You will receive an email from DAZN on your registered email ID. Simply follow the instructions to Reset your password.
When choosing a password, it should be
- At least 6 characters long
- A mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Not easily guessed, such as ‘password,’ ‘12345678,’ or use any personal information (name, birthday, address)
- Different than what you use for any other websites or apps
A password manager can help you keep track of unique passwords.
If you cannot sign in to your DAZN account or do not remember your password, go to the Reset password page and follow the steps:
- Enter your registered email ID. Note: You will receive an email from DAZN on your registered email ID.
- Click on the Reset Password. Note: You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password.
- Enter your new password to confirm.
- Click on Continue to save the change.
Phone Number
You can easily update your phone number following these steps:
- Go to My Account.
- Click on Profile and settings.
- Click on Phone number from Profile.
- Enter the 4 Digit Code sent to your current phone number.
- Add your new phone number.
- Click Save to update the change.
Make sure to provide correct information as it is used for communication and account recovery.
