Promotion Organizer
The Organizer of this Promotion is DAZN Spain, S.L. (hereinafter, “DAZN”), a Spanish company with registered address at Calle General Perón, number 40, portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain (Tax ID No. B-85940419), registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry under volume 27702, page 106, section 8, sheet M-499256.

Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of this Promotion is to promote the DAZN brand and its basketball content through the creation of a private league in the SuperManager acb game in connection with the 2026 Copa del Rey Basketball Tournament.
DAZN will organize a private league called “DAZN COPA”, in which users may compete for the prizes described in these legal terms and conditions.

Participation Requirements
The following may participate in the Promotion:
- Natural persons of legal age.
- Users registered in the SuperManager acb game.
Participation is free of charge and does not involve any additional cost beyond internet access or, where applicable, the subscription the user has contracted with DAZN.
Employees of DAZN or of companies collaborating in the organization of the Promotion, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate.

Mechanics of the Promotion
4.1 Access to the private league
Users must:
- Access the SuperManager Acb game.
- Select the “Copa del Rey” competition.
- Create their team(s) in accordance with the official rules of the game.
- Join the private league “DAZN COPA” using the password: DAZNCOPA1.
The deadline to join the league will end at the start of the quarterfinal match of the Copa del Rey Valencia 2026 between Real Madrid and Unicaja (19 February 2026 at 9:00 p.m.).
From that moment on, no new teams will be admitted to the private league.4.2 Competition format
The SuperManager acb – Copa del Rey Valencia 2026 will consist of three (3) rounds:
- Round 1: Quarterfinals (19–20 February 2026).
- Round 2: Semifinals (21 February 2026).
- Round 3: Final (22 February 2026).
All managers will start the competition from scratch.
The final standings of the DAZN COPA private league will be determined according to the total cumulative score obtained by each team after the three rounds have been played.
4.3 Applicable rules
The DAZN COPA private league will be governed by:
- These Legal Terms and Conditions.
- The official SuperManager acb rules for the Copa del Rey format.
Among others, the following main game conditions will apply:
- Initial budget: 8 million.
- Allowed transfers: 6 transfers between rounds.
- No additional transfers will be granted due to player elimination.
- Maximum number of teams per user: 5 teams.
- There is no broker system; prices will remain fixed throughout the competition.
- Only players from teams participating in the 2026 Copa del Rey will be available.
As real teams are eliminated from the tournament, their players will stop scoring points in the game, without generating any entitlement to extraordinary transfers.
DAZN will not be responsible for the technical management, scoring, or any incidents related to the SuperManager acb platform, which are the responsibility of its organizers.

Prizes
The prizes for the DAZN COPA private league will be as follows:

First place:
- One annual DAZN subscription (DAZN Basket plan in force at the time of delivery).
- One pack of official DAZN and SuperManager merchandise.

Second and third place:
- One pack of official DAZN and SuperManager merchandise.
Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or for alternative prizes.

Selection and communication of winners
Once Round 3 (Final of the Copa del Rey Valencia 2026) has concluded and the official game scores have been confirmed, DAZN will verify the final standings of the DAZN COPA private league.
Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their DAZN account or through the details provided at the time of registration.If a winner does not respond or fails to provide the data necessary for prize management within the period indicated by DAZN, the prize will be deemed forfeited and may be awarded to the next-ranked participant in the league.
DAZN may request proof of identity documentation to verify compliance with the participation requirements.

Territorial scope
This Promotion will take place within Spanish territory.

Acceptance of the terms and reservation of rights
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these Legal Terms and Conditions. Participation through automated response-generating computer tools is not permitted.
DAZN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion for justified cause or force majeure, undertaking to notify participants through its usual communication channels.
The deadline for submitting claims related to this Promotion will be thirty (30) calendar days from the date of its completion.

Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be processed by DAZN as data controller for the purpose of managing participation in the Promotion and delivering the prizes.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and restriction of processing by written communication addressed to DAZN or by email to datasubjectrights@dazn.com.
The data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the Promotion and thereafter for the legally established periods.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Legal Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute that may arise from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with the applicable regulations.
