Promotion Organizer
The organizer of this Promotion is DAZN Spain, S.L. (hereinafter “DAZN”), a Spanish company with its registered office at Calle General Perón, No. 40, Portal D, 2nd Floor, 28020 Madrid, Spain (Tax ID: B-85940419), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 27702, Page 106, Section 8, Sheet M-499256.
This Promotion will commence on Friday, March 21, 2025, and end on Sunday, April 6, 2025 (both dates inclusive).
Promotion Objective
The objective of the Promotion is to promote the DAZN brand and the service available at www.dazn.com, as offered by DAZN.
Promoted Product or Trademark
DAZN is a streaming subscription service that offers live and on-demand sports, providing access to an extensive catalog of sports content available anywhere and on various devices connected to the Internet (Smart TVs, mobile devices or tablets, computers, video game consoles, and PCs).
Acquisition of the Right to Participate, and Delivery of Participation Documents, Tickets, or Vouchers
To participate in this Promotion, users must be of legal age and complete the following actions:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Follow the Instagram or X (depending on which social network the draw is conducted) accounts @dazn_futbol and @daznbetes.
- Like the promotion post.
- Leave a comment indicating the jersey of choice or, if preferred, opt for the ball.
- On the case of the X platform, the use of a specific hashtag in the comment may be required.
Participation in this Promotion does not require a DAZN or DAZN Bet subscription or the initiation of any registration process.
Prize
All users who participate in the Promotion will enter, free of charge, into a draw to win NINETEEN (19) jerseys from LALIGA EASPORTS 2024/2025, ONE (1) jersey from LALIGA HYPERMOTION 2024/25, and ONE (1) official LALIGA EASPORTS 2024/25 ball, with each prize awarded to a different winner.
The options for the jerseys are as follows: ONE (1) jersey of Villarreal CF, ONE (1) jersey of Real Valladolid CF, ONE (1) jersey of Valencia CF, ONE (1) jersey of Sevilla FC, ONE (1) jersey of Real Sociedad, ONE (1) jersey of Rayo Vallecano, ONE (1) jersey of Club Atlético Osasuna, ONE (1) jersey of RCD Mallorca, ONE (1) jersey of CD Leganés, ONE (1) jersey of UD Las Palmas, ONE (1) jersey of Girona, ONE (1) jersey of Getafe, ONE (1) jersey of Espanyol, ONE (1) jersey of Real Club Celta de Vigo, ONE (1) jersey of Real Betis, ONE (1) jersey of FC Barcelona, ONE (1) jersey of Atlético de Madrid, ONE (1) jersey of Athletic Club, ONE (1) jersey of Deportivo Alavés, ONE (1) jersey of UD Almería and ONE (1) official ball of. The assignment of jersey sizes is subject to DAZN’s availability and cannot be selected by the winner.
Twenty-one (21) main winners and twenty-one (21) reserve winners will be selected at random through a draw. The tool used for the draw generates a certificate of validity that specifies that the winners have been obtained randomly via a lottery platform validated by a notary, ensuring the result is unalterable.
Once the winners are selected through the draw and it is confirmed that they meet these legal terms, the results will be communicated via the @dazn_futbol and @daznbetes profiles, and the winners will be asked to provide their personal data for prize management and delivery. If any winner refuses to provide the necessary data, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and DAZN will then contact the first reserve winner, and so on until the prize is awarded. Should the prize not be delivered to its corresponding winner due to circumstances beyond DAZN’s control, the prize may be declared void.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable for cash, and cannot be transferred to third parties.
By participating in the Promotion, users authorize DAZN to use, reproduce, and disseminate the winner’s name and, if applicable, their surname and social media profile, for the purpose of publicly announcing the results of the Promotion on various DAZN social media channels, ensuring transparency about the winner. If a winner refuses the publication of their personal data for this purpose, they will lose the right to claim the prize.
Territorial Scope of the Promotion
This Promotion is valid throughout Spain.
Acceptance of the Terms, Suspension of the Promotion, and Claims
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Employees of DAZN and any company involved in organizing the Promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
DAZN, as the organizer of this Promotion, reserves the right to suspend it in the event of unforeseen circumstances that make its execution impossible, and will notify participants of such circumstances through DAZN’s social media profiles.
Any claims related to this Promotion or the awarding of the prize must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the corresponding draw was held.
Taxation
The prizes in this Promotion are subject to the provisions of Law 35/2006, of November 28, on the Income Tax for Individuals, and Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30, which approves the Regulations of the Income Tax for Individuals; Law 13/2011, of May 27, on the Regulation of Gaming; Royal Decree 3059/1966, of December 1, which approves the Consolidated Text of Fiscal Charges; and other applicable regulations. As such, DAZN will be responsible for making any necessary tax withholdings.
Data Protection
The personal data of participants in this Promotion will be processed by DAZN, as the data controller, for the purpose of managing their participation in the Promotion and the delivery of the prize.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and limitation of processing at any time by sending a written request to DAZN at Calle General Perón, No. 40, Portal D, 2nd Floor, 28020 Madrid, Spain, clearly stating the purpose of the request, or by email at dpo@dazn.com.
The data collected by DAZN will be retained for the period necessary to assign the prize to the winner and, if applicable, to deliver the prize. Subsequently, if necessary, DAZN will retain the information in a blocked state for the legally established periods.
Participants’ data will not be disclosed to any third party except to the extent necessary for managing the delivery of the corresponding prize.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from their application shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
