Organizer of the Promotion
The organizer of this promotion is DAZN Spain, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "DAZN"), a Spanish company located at Calle del General Perón, No. 40, Portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain (C.I.F.: B-85940419) and registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, in volume 27702, page 106, section 8, sheet M-499256.
Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of this promotion is to promote the DAZN and New Balance brands as well as the service provided by www.dazn.com.
Eligibility to Participate
Participation in the Quiz is completely free and does not require any financial contribution from participants. To participate in the Quiz, DAZN users must be of legal age and perform the following actions within the FanZone section of DAZN (referred to as "the Functionality" or "the Quiz"):
Participants must answer ten questions that will be published in the FanZone Quiz. There will be two quizzes, each containing five questions, during the English Premier League match between West Ham United Football Club and Liverpool Football Club, on Sunday, December 29, 2024. The user with the highest number of correct answers across both quizzes will be designated the provisional winner. In the event that two or more participants achieve the same number of correct answers, the winner will be the participant who completed both quizzes in the shortest amount of time.
Once the winner is selected and it is verified that they comply with these terms, they will be notified of the result via email and asked to provide the necessary personal information for the management and delivery of the prize. Should the winner decline to provide this information, it will be understood as a renunciation of the prize, and DAZN may turn to the first of the reserve winners, and so forth, potentially declaring the prize void. The prize cannot be exchanged or compensated for monetary prizes.
Participants acknowledge and agree that, for informational purposes and to ensure maximum transparency in the Quiz, the name and first surname of the winner may be disseminated and published through various official DAZN channels as well as within the Functionality itself. In any case, the status of the winner will not be effective or definitive until DAZN has verified that the winner complies with these legal terms.
Each registered user may participate only once in the Quiz.
The prize for this promotion is ONE (1) pack that contains: ONE (1) pair of New Balance TEKELA “Irmao” Edition shoes, size 10.5 US and ONE (1) autograph of Endrick.
This promotion will commence on December 29, 2024, at 18:15 and will remain active until the conclusion of the match between West Ham United Football Club and Liverpool Football Club.
Territorial Scope of the Promotion
The promotion is valid throughout Spain.
Acceptance of the Terms, Suspension of the Promotion, and Complaints
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms. Employees of DAZN and employees of any company involved in the execution of the promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
DAZN, as the organizing entity of this promotion, reserves the right to suspend it in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that makes its execution impossible, committing to notify participants of this circumstance through DAZN's social media profiles.
Data Protection
The personal data of participants in this promotion will be processed by DAZN as the data controller for the purpose of managing their participation and delivering the corresponding prize. This may involve sharing data with some of the brands associated with the awarded prizes.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and limitation of processing at any time by sending a letter to DAZN, Calle del General Perón, No. 40, Portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain, clearly indicating the purpose of their request, or by emailing dpo@dazn.com.
The data collected by DAZN will be retained for the duration necessary for the assignment of the prize to the winner and, if applicable, its delivery. Subsequently, if necessary, DAZN will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Legal Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes arising from their application, both parties submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals according to applicable legislation.
