Organizer of the Promotion.
The Organizer of this Promotion is DAZN Spain, S.L. (hereinafter, DAZN), a Spanish company located at Calle General Perón, number 40, portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain (C.I.F.: B-85940419) and registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, in volume 27702, folio 106, section 8, sheet M-499256.
Purpose of the Promotion.
The purpose of the promotion is to promote the DAZN brand and the service www.dazn.com offered by DAZN.
Acquisition of the Right to Participate, Method of Delivering Documents, Tickets, or Participation Slips
Access to the Quiz is completely free and does not require any payment from participants. To participate in the Quiz, DAZN users must be of legal age and perform the following actions within the FanZone section of DAZN (“the Functionality” or “the Quiz”): To participate, users must answer the ten questions that will be published in the FanZone Quiz. There will be two Quizzes with five questions each during the LaLiga EA Sports match between Real Madrid C. F. and F.C. Barcelona on Saturday, October 26, 2024. The three users who obtain the highest number of correct answers among the published Quizzes will be designated as provisional winners. In the event that multiple participants achieve the same number of correct answers, those who answered the Quiz questions in the shortest time will be considered winners. Once the winners are selected and it is verified that they meet the requirements of these legal bases, they will be informed of the result via email and will be asked for the personal data necessary for the management and delivery of the prize won. If the winner does not wish to provide such data, it will be understood that they renounce the prize, and DAZN may approach the first of the reserve winners, and so on, potentially declaring the prize void. The prize is not redeemable or compensable for cash prizes. Participants acknowledge and accept that, for purely informational purposes and to ensure the greatest transparency possible for the Quiz, the name and first surname of the winner may be disseminated and published through DAZN's various official channels as well as within the Functionality itself. In any case, the winner's status will not be effective or definitive until DAZN has verified that the winner meets these legal bases. Each registered user may participate only once in the Quiz. The prize for this promotion consists of 3 LaLiga EA Sports balls, distributed among the 3 winners. This promotion will begin on October 26, 2024, at 21:00 and will remain active until the conclusion of the match between Real Madrid C. F. and F.C. Barcelona.
Territorial Scope of the Promotion
The promotion is valid throughout Spain.
Acceptance of the Bases, Suspension of the Promotion, and Claims
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these legal bases. Employees of DAZN and employees of any company involved in the execution of the Promotion, as well as their respective first-degree relatives, may not participate in this Promotion. DAZN, as the organizing entity of this promotion, reserves the right to suspend it in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that makes its development impossible, committing to notify this circumstance to participants through DAZN's social media profiles. The period for initiating any claim related to this Promotion and/or the awarding of the prize expires thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the corresponding draw.
Data Protection
The personal data of participants in this Promotion will be processed by DAZN as the data controller for the purpose of managing their participation in the Promotion and the delivery of the prize. This may involve sharing data with some of the brands associated with the prizes awarded. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and limitation of processing at any time by postal mail addressed to DAZN, Calle General Perón, number 40, portal D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain, clearly stating the subject of their request, or by sending an email to datasubjectrights@dazn.com. The data collected by DAZN will be retained for the duration of the prize allocation to the winner and, if necessary, the delivery thereof. Subsequently, if necessary, DAZN will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Legal Bases are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes arising from their application, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals applicable according to the relevant legislation.
