Promotion Organiser.
The Organiser of this Promotion is DAZN SPAIN, S.L., (hereinafter, DAZN), a Spanish company with registered offices at calle General Perón, number 40, Puerta D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain (C.I.F.: B-85940419) and registered in the Companies Register of Madrid, in volume 27702, folio 106, section 8, page M-499256.
Object of the Promotion.
The purpose of the promotion is to promote the DAZN brand and the live and on-demand HD sports streaming subscription service that allows access to a large catalogue of sports to watch them anywhere and through different devices with Internet connection (Smart TVs, mobiles or tablets, computers or game consoles and PCs), whose terms and conditions and rates are included in the website www.dazn.com and which is offered by DAZN.
Acquisition of the right to participate, form in which the prizes are awarded,
All users of legal age who carry out the following actions are eligible to participate in this promotion:
Accept to participate in the promotion by following the conditions established for this purpose in the email received and complete the survey sent by email.
The prize draw will be carried out automatically within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the communication of the prize draw. The winners will be informed via email.
All users who participate in this promotion will participate free of charge in the draw for the different prizes that are the object of this Promotion. To participate in this Promotion, it is a prerequisite to have received an email from DAZN in relation to this Promotion.
A total of 5 winners and "5 reserves" will be selected.
Each winner will only receive one of the following prizes:
- T-shirt of their favourite LALIGA team.
- SIX MONTHS DAZN Total Code
- DAZN Total THREE MONTHS Code
- DAZN Total THREE MONTHS Code
- Official LALIGA ball
Once the winners have been selected by means of a notary-approved tool provided by Easy Promos and it has been verified that they comply with these legal terms and conditions, they will be informed by e-mail. The winners will have until the Monday following the receipt of the aforementioned email to send the necessary information to receive the prize to the email address indicated by DAZN. If any of the winners do not wish to provide such information, it will be understood that they renounce the prize, and DAZN will then contact the first of the reserve winners, and so on until the last reserve winner is reached, and the prize may be declared void if it could not be delivered to the corresponding winner for reasons beyond DAZN's control.
None of the prizes drawn during this Promotion will be exchangeable or compensable for cash prizes, nor can they be transferred to third parties.
The participation of the users in this Promotion implies the authorization to DAZN to use, reproduce and disseminate the winner's name, surname, social network profile and image for the sole purpose of its inclusion in the results of the Promotion through the different social network channels of DAZN so that the rest of the participants can check the effective realization of the draws corresponding to this Promotion. In the event that one of the winners refuses to have their personal data published, the user will lose the right to enjoy the prize obtained.
Territorial scope of the promotion
The territorial scope of the promotion is the whole of Spain.
Taxation
The prizes of this promotion will be subject to Law 35/2006 of 28 November on Personal Income Tax and Royal Decree 439/2007 of 30 March, which approves the Personal Income Tax Regulations; Law 13/2011 of 27 May on the Regulation of Gambling; Royal Decree 3059/1966 of 1 December, which approves the Consolidated Text of Tax Rates; Royal Decree 3059/1966 of 1 December, which approves the Consolidated Text of Tax Rates; Royal Decree 3059/1966 of 1 December, which approves the Consolidated Text of Tax Rates; Royal Decree 3059/1966 of 1 December, which approves the Consolidated Text of Tax Rates; Royal Decree 3059/1966, of 1 December, approving the Consolidated Text of Tax Fees; and other concordant provisions, so that, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations, the Organiser shall be responsible, where applicable, for making the payment on account or making the appropriate withholding.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions, Suspension of the promotion and complaints
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Neither the staff employed by DAZN nor the staff employed by any company involved in carrying out the Promotion or their respective first-degree relatives may participate in this Promotion.
DAZN, as the organiser of this Promotion, reserves the right to suspend it in the event of an unforeseeable circumstance that makes it impossible to carry out the Promotion, undertaking to notify participants of this circumstance through DAZN's social network profiles.
The deadline for initiating any type of claim related to this Promotion and/or the awarding of the prizes expires thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the corresponding draw.
Data Protection
The personal data of the participants in this Promotion will be processed by DAZN in its capacity as data controller to manage their participation in the Promotion and the delivery of the different prizes.
Participants may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and limitation of processing by mail to DAZN, Calle General Perón, 40, Puerta D, 2nd floor, 28020, Madrid, Spain, clearly indicating the purpose of their request.
The data collected by DAZN will be kept for the duration of the assignment of the prizes to the winners and, if applicable, the delivery of the prizes. Subsequently, if necessary, DAZN will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.
The data of the participants will not be communicated to any third party except in the case of those who are winners of any of the draws and only for the purpose of managing the delivery of the corresponding prize.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Legal Bases are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from their application, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals that apply to them in accordance with the applicable legislation.
